El apartamento está situado en el centro,la zona es tranquila y bonita, y está bien equipado. La 1° noche nos dejaron leche para el día siguiente, y cereales y café y te para todos los días.

Location was great, apartment was comfortable, well appointed, with coffee and tea, sugar and kitchenware. Good for two people, one on pullout couch (which was comfortable) and one in bedroom.
We were there for work and needed WiFI. It was spotty, dropping calls, going offline. I wrote the mgt but didn't hear back. The apartment was on the ground floor, with passerby walking right by the windows.

La ubicación es muy buena y el apartamento es muy cómodo. Todo genial.
Igual el colchón es un poco blando para mi gusto, pero eso es algo muy personal. Por lo demás me pareció estupendo y con detalles muy agradables.

Great location, easy to follow instructions, , milk in the fridge was great, nice size kitchen and rooms for our stay. Was ideal for our purpose.
Bed not comfortable as mattress feels like the springs are coming through, pillows were like bricks, not enough towels for 4 people, could do with a lick of paint to freshen it up, shower was poor, very weak pressure so water dribbles out, toilet seat also not secure and moved about

Central location. Apartment was clean. Top of building so very quiet. Carpark close by and very handy, NCP so charge for this, £14 for 24 hours. Would stay here again
Only complaint was advised week one pack would be available at booking but this not in apartment. Small Tesco’s down road.

The location was excellent
We were a group of 2 couples and 2 friends. We booked the apartment because the bed configuration was a double, large double and an extra large double. (We were looking for 2 singles but thought an extra large double would be ok). When we arrived it had an extra small double and 2 standard doubles. We would not have stayed here had we known this so the apartment was not as advertised. I have had no reply from either the apartment owners or booking.com regarding my complaint.

It was easy to get to and from. Good space. Also enjoyed the welcome pack.
The kitchen and bathroom was not very clean. Lots of dirty and unusable pans. (Thou we got new pans after we complained) The Cutting boards and knives where not cleaned at all. Bathtub and toilet holder was also dirty.
Bedroom window could not be opened. I almost cut off my fingers trying to open it. The blinds in the bedroom fell on my head trying to close them. No response when I let them know.

Good central location and clean. Arrived to milk, bread and bananas. Discounted car parking available.
Towels provided for 3 when 4 of us were staying. Called day before to make sure it was set up for 4. Pressure in shower not the best.

Sofa not comfy. Stairs up to property we're steep and twisty but nothing much you can do about that.

Parking very easy. Liked the breakfast pack which was left - a nice touch.
This is nothing to do with the property or the provider but there were guests on the first night who stayed above who came into the building exceptionally drunk and were very noisey. After a conversation they did settle down.

Location everything that you needed kitchen area with fridge cooker kettle toaster and sofa also turned into sofa bed if it was needed

The place was fully equipped as if I was home. Washing machine, hair dryer, toaster, microwave, hob with oven, plates and utensils, big TV with youtube and amazon prime movies, you name it. They even had fruits, fresh bread with butter, tea, coffee, sugar and small packet of milk with some cereal. There was some soap and shower gel too. Very well thought through.
Nitpicking only - the area around the apartment had some glass and the kitchen sink draining hole had metal filter which was plugging most of the draining.

would have been good to have twin beds in a couple of the rooms.
would have been nice to know about the spiral staircase as one of our party struggled to get to top floor.

There is no lift and stairs for retired folk with luggage is a challenge.

Great location and simple to check in. Was a further bonus that there was milk, bread, cereal and fruit in the property for us, which saved us the hassle of popping to the shops late in the evening.

Ease of entry and was clean and comfortable and having the amenities of home for same price or less than a hotel room is always a plus.
The shower could do with upgrade, had very little pressure and wasn't very hot even when turned up full and the grouting could do with a little attention.

no dishwasher no coffee table or bedside tables . the bed and floor was a bit shaky , also too early to vacate the room at ten we had quite a late night

Nice and clean, the self check in system is great as we where not arriving till 1am in the morning (check in details emailed the day before arrival), fresh 1 pint of milk in the fridge much better than those uht milk you get most places, small amount of butter and jam in fridge small loaf of white bread and small boxes of cereal in hamper.
Could really do with a full length mirror in the bedroom on mirror available was in the bathroom.
