Great location in town close to the centre 500 meters and quiet.Eva is great helpful and easy communication. The villa is clean and relatively well equipped.
I would add a few small touches for the kitchen: paper towels plastic bags for trash and a few more utensils.

We enjoyed our stay at Levantes Villas very much. Eva the owner was charming and helpful. We are already thinking of coming again.

Very close to the beach, good aircondition
one shower was completely unusable (super small and water were flooding the apartment)
second shower broke - when we asked to fix it we were answered it will be fixed tomorrow
we had to make some noise to get it fixed same evening
also, given the cost per night I would expect towels would be replaced eevety day

Eva was very very nice, the rooms were very clean.
Kitchen facilities were lack. No microwave, no laundry machine. The swimming pool was closed...

House was clean and pretty. Nice kitchen area and balcony. Location was very nice and convenient. The pool was very nice as well.
Hostess was understanding and accomodating of family needs.
No reception area. Could have stated that instead of looking for it.
Not sure why down payment and full payment was not made via booking.com and a telephone call had to be made in a short period of time for the down payment. Not sure why I had to put a security deposit in cash.
Showers in the bathrooms were very small.
Snack bar prices at the pool were very high and unreasonable.

The location is good, the swimming pool is beautiful and the bartender was very professional and friendly (makes best cocktails!)
The apartment itself is nice, with kitchen and a few balconies, nests against bugs and air conditioning
The shower room is terrible, tiny shower with a curtain and you don’t even have a place to put the shower head, need to hold it…
We paid for sea view villa, waste of money there is no real view

We stayed four nights with our 4 children, had a great time, beautiful beach and swimming pool and great service.

They have a nice pool and also a bar with all you need, especially cold Heineken!!

Location was excellent - walking distance to beach, many restaurants and supermarket
As we couldn't have a buffet breakfast (covid) the breakfast ingredients were put in our villa - really generous amount for 4 nights
The pool area was lovely and the the staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful
The villa was smaller that I was expecting with a v small living area (not big enough for the 6 of us)
One of the bedrooms was in the basement and there was no wardrobe or drawers to unpack and put clothes away
