WiFi was terible

the location was close to the beach.

The beds are ExTREMELY uncomfortable. The double room is tiny. There is only 1 plug in the room next to the front door light switch so very difficult to charge your phone and a couple must take turn to charge devices because only 1 plug!! The AC is maybe from the 1960’s and hardly blows cold air.

The owner was very kind and helpful! The room was super clean, while the hotel is located really close to the beach and just a 10 minute drive from Volos! 100% recommend it!

Room was clean.

We had booked a studio room for 2 persons with kitchenette, but were given a small room with a fridge. The elderly gentleman at the reception told us the room we had booked did not exist and studios were for 3 people and cost 60 Euro, but we had booked for 51 Euro. When we insisted on the booking we had made, for the price we had paid,, he was rude and said that this was our problem and that he could not help us, and walked away After further insistence, he called the owner/manager (his daughter) on the phone, but she also insisted that we could not have made such a booking and repeated it was our problem and that she never advertised such a room. NO APOLOGY. She added we could cook in the common kitchen. After I stressed I had booked a room with kitchenette owing to Covid-19 and my need for private cooking owing to pre-existing health conditions, she tried to find us another room, but all was booked out - and then she made no further effort to compensate or at least apologize (as to my distress regarding my Covid-fear, she said that the hotel was clean). We told her we would contact booking regarding false advertising, but she replied rudely that she did not care. She also did not come see us in person the next day. It took the intervention of booking for her to admit she had wrongly described the room. Room itself was small; no blow--drier for hair. Beach is two streets away, some rooms have partial glimpses of the sea. No sockets near bed.

The room wasn't cleaned 2 out of 4 days. Also it had a problem with ants inside the room. We left a cough syrup not properly closed and the following day it was covered by ants.

Very clean and cozy room. Friendly hosts. Great location.
