Right by the ocean and lagoon. Loved the rooftop deck. Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. A short walk into the main part of town.

Small thing…bigger bedside lamp would be nice so that we could turn off the main light when reading at night.

This is a wonderful property right on the beach on Isabela Island. Our room had a safe and mini fridge, and the beds were comfortable. We arrived here after several days in a mediocre property on Santa Cruz Island and were so excited to be welcomed with open arms and a smile by Rebekka, the face of the Drake Inn. She was hands down the most lovely person we interacted with in the Galapagos. Rebekka is originally from Germany and has lived on the island for some time. She was a well of knowledge with tips for tour operators, restaurants (especially which places to avoid) and activities. She also gave us her WhatsApp info and always responded within a few minutes to any questions or needs we had. Thanks to her, our room was ready (and air conditioned) well before check-in time and we got to relax and explore the island after getting up for the very early morning ferry from Santa Cruz.

The only downside of our time at the Drake Inn was that the water was mostly cold. A warm or hot shower would have been nice, but it was a small price to pay for a generally great experience at the Drake Inn.

Very boring breakfest, no variety, just bread (only sweet buns), butter, eggs and fruits (very good).

Excellent location, very tasty breakfast, really nice owners, great views.. it is one of these places you wish you could stay much longer;) By the way, the pre-payment via PayPal finally turned out to be a very good option since Isabela is basically cash only..

The locaction is great. The water is very hot in the showers.

The pictures look much better than the actual hotel. The beds are not very comfortable. The decor is very cheap. There is not a pool, just a jacuzzi.

Owners very helpful with information about tour companies and restaurants. Location was just on edge of town so you had easy access to town and beach. Breakfast was great. There is a lovely rooftop terrace to relax and watch sunsets.

Twin room was a bit small, but housekeeping was great.

The room was small but cute and comfortable. The breakfast was great and the hosts were really nice and helpful (helped us book a tour and ordered a cab for us to get us back to the port)! Great stay, can only recommend!!!

The location was excellent, just far enough out of the main town so that it was very quiet, but it was very easy to walk into town. It was also right across the street from a great beach! It felt very safe. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Owners Carlos and Anne were prompt and helpful answering questions prior to our arrival. They gave us good recommendations for tours and bike rentals. Ivan was always very helpful with whatever we needed. He cooked our eggs to order each morning. Rebecca was also super friendly and helpful. We stayed here for a full week after our cruise and a stay on Santa Cruz.

The room was rather small, which was fine, but it would have been great to have more wall hooks to hang towels and clothes. It would also be good to have shower mats to avoid slipping, and also it would be good to have a larger towel/rug for the bathroom floor.

Carlos, Ann, Ivan and Rebecca were exceptional hosts. The rooms were very clean and the A/C was great and very quiet. The beach location is unbeatable and the rooftop area was great!

The hotel is right across from a beautiful beach. It's a lovely little Inn, small but cozy. The staff are very helpful. It's near a wetlands walk with usually a few lovely flamingos. Loved the view from the rooftop deck

This place is incredible! Perfect location, all of the staff were incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Great recommendations and they were able to accommodate early breakfast for a day trip. We were definitely sad to leave!

Rebecca and Ivan practically anticipated our needs and treated us like we were old friends! We loved the rooftop area that gave a 360 degree view of the coast and a perfect spot to photograph the lunar eclipse that occurred while we were there.
