The Villa located on a hill providing a stunning view! The area is very quiet, calm , plenty of fresh air and the very few neighbours we met on our walks with the dogs very so nice! We spent several hours enjoying 2 hammock outside, looking on the beautiful views ! House has 3 levels and several bedrooms, so if you are big company/family you will be comfortable and have plenty of room. Kitchen has EVERYTHING you can possibly think of, big pots, small pots, scissors , all kind of plates, glasses, wine glasses and cups (including super cute coffee cups!). Nespresso coffee machine, spacious fridge, many sockets inside the house. WIFI is great, we were able to play games and had few ZOOM calls with video without any problems. 5 min from the Villa is pizza place called 'Anna's Bar' with exceptional pizza! Big fire place in the veranda outside the house, very convenient for BBQ !!! Loved it ! If you live in a city and looking for peace and beautiful place in the nature to relax, this is the place for you! Highly recommended!

The location is amazing, incredible views over Chianni towards Terricciola and Volterra.

There was nothing to not like. The only minor comment is that the rooms are quite warm, and since there is no air conditioning it would have been nice to have some fans.

WOW took my Dad for his 70th Birthday and it was so special we had a lovely time with beautiful views and soooooo relaxing you can really switch off from the English rat race here!!!!! I would love to and will definitely go back soonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

OK it is a little difficult for older people, I took my dad and he has a new knee which was a little difficult at first as this property does have a lot of stairs BUT it is built into the mountains and after a couple of days my dad felt stronger from the exercise and is very keen to return he absolutely loved it and who wouldn't. I would recommend this property to anybody.

The house is wonderful! A lot of space, beautiful garden, pool, bathrooms, rooms. Paolo is very kind and helpful! Simply wonderful!
