Centrally located near train station in Florence. Clean, large rooms that are comfortable and everything was in working order. The staff goes above and beyond.
It is in a busy area and the main entrance is not indicative of the property itself.

Lovely couple are in charge of the hotel. Very nice, friendly and helpful.
Air conditioning was good.
Breakfast was very good (cakes, sandwiches, eggs, juices, coffee, tea, toasts, croissants, fruits, cereals,...)
Very good location to get to the main tourist areas just walking. 10min to the cathedral, 15min or so to piazza venezia and 40min to Piazza Michelangelo.
They prepared a very cute cot for our son.
It could be appreciated the part where our room was had been restored recently. Bathroom was really good! Beds were very confy.
The room is cleaned and blankets changed every day. It didnt happen to me in other two-stars hotel so it was good!!
Elevator was small and old but that is external to the hotel.
We could barely hear any noise from our room. Our room was located in the first floor and there were two doors to access, we only heard the noise of the doors opening at night when other people were accessing their rooms.

Breakfast quality and room size were excellent. Staff and owner both were so nice and helpful. It is located next to train station, market, food places and places to visit.
Shower was not having towel and soap stand.

Beautiful family hotel across the street from train/bus station and 10 min walk from Duomo.You have small fridge in the room which is a huge plus and free water bottles are available from the staff. breakfast was nice too.nothing fancy but u won t be hungry.i would recommend this to everyone.

An excellent location close to all attractions and a 3 minute walk to the train station. The owners Giovanni, Marinella and daughter Chiara were so hospitable, accommodating and they made you feel like home.
They served us a warm breakfast and eggs too! All baked food came from Marinella.
Definitely a place to go back to.

A reasonably priced, simple accommodation if you're not looking for fancy. Very conveniently located one block from the train station; quick walk to the Duomo and other main tourist sites. Was good for what we needed for a place to stay for one night before an early flight.
Air conditioning was minimally functional, and room was quite warm. Simple small fridge with minimal cooling effect. But for what was needed, it was adequate.

The hotel is very near to the central station, like 6-8 mins walk, and also all the important sights are max 15-20 mins walk, so it is perfect, if you would like to visit the city on foot. It is clear, and really a nice place to stay in Florence. The room is small, but completely enough, since it has all the equipment needed. We had a balcony too, so we appreciated it very much. The owners are really nice people. The breakfast was delicious as well. If we return to Florence, which I really hope we do at some point, we would book this hotel again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Jolì. It is a quaint hotel which deserves high ratings for location, safety, cleanliness, comfort and value. The quad room was large and easily accommodated the three of us. The staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. We would definitely recommend it to our family and friends.

excellent location, very close to the train station
we did not get the room from the pictures. it was totally different room , dark without windows, just a small balcony which you reach with few stairs up. balcony view was nice- rooftop view.

The location was brilliant: walking distance of all the main attractions and great places to eat, plus near the central station. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. I would strongly recommend Hotel Joli.

Very close to everything : city center, river, train station. On arrival they offered us coffee and water and gave us the city map with many indications.
Very spacious, clean room and bathroom, big an extremely comfortable bad! Cleaning every day, fresh towels.
Very good breakfast , italian and continental, very good homemade sweets ( especially Tiramisu !)
Very helpfull staff.
We could leave there for free our luggage until the evening because the late flight.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean when we arrived and cleaned well each day we were there. The bed was comfortable and heated nicely. Our room had a quaint little balcony to look out over the city which was an added bonus.
It would have been nice to have had the option of an earlier breakfast time due to early start times for tours and departures.

Hotel Joli was magnificent. Unfortunately we missed our first night due to the French air traffic control strikes but we had breakfast there when we arrived and our other 2 nights were wonderful. Breakfast is fantastic. The owners/staff are all so nice and friendly. The room was spotless and nicely decorated. The location is really great - a very short walk from the train station and just 10/15 minute walk to all the main sights. We loved it!
