Modern, original design but DO NOT go with children! Open staircase is so dangerous I am surprised it passed building regulations!

Unfortunately the Villa is very much in need of an overhaul. A number of issues; Pretty tatty decoration & not very clean. Air conditioning not working in 2 of the bedrooms & the main living area; Ice maker broken; dishwasher broken; numerous missing/ broken tiles around the pool and the decking desperately needs replacement…not to mention a strong drain smell downstairs, along with blocked plug holes & handles falling off doors; Internet not working & filthy sun beds.

All the commodities were great.

The design of the house including the outdoors is absolutely breathtaking. Love it! The convenience of being able to enter the house directly from the Garage, the clever lighting and built in appliances are just amazing.

It has been some years so you can see that a little TLC would be needed here and there. One hinge missing in the cupboard, furniture worn, etc. Furthermore, it could be a little cleaner. You can see the cleaning only goes as far as one can reach without a ladder. Linen and towels were very fresh and smelled nice.
