Nice apartment and welcoming.
The apartment was warm when we arrived.
No clear indication on how to access the apartment.

It was easy to find the place and Hanna was really friendly. Rooms were clean and the place were very cozy. Beds were extremely soft. Place was quiet as well.

The B&B is located on the first floor of the host's house with a separate entrance. The apartment is very clean and tidy, also quiet in the evening. Very convenient to visit Legoland and great value for stay.
It would be nicer to have a bit longer shower curtain, the current one is just a bit short to avoid the water splashes outside the shower compartment.

The location was very good. Close to Billund Airport and Legoland and also close enough to the centre of town to walk to the ships or restaurants if needed. The host were there if we needed them but not in the way which was perfect for us. Very friendly. Lovely area, with gorgeous views out of the bathroom window.
Could have slightly more cooking facilities for families who want to self cater. Also, the beds and pillows are very soft which we are not used to.

The b&b is in a nice quiet area. It was clean and had everything you would need.

The BnB is clean and spacious. It's more like an appartment. We got two big rooms with a living-dining room in between. The beds were very comfortable. The communication went smooth, the hosts were friendly

Very clean, everything you need for a comfortable stay are available. It was like having a nice, cosy apartment for yourself. Location is very family friendly, nice and quiet. The town centre is about 5 mins walk where we met some nice people with friendly smiles.
.It would have been great to get to meet and talk to the hosts. There was a nice short talk at the time of checking in and then it was as though we were staying alone the rest of the period. However, it is a matter of preference. Many people may appreciate absolute privacy... So, not really negative right :)

My expectations were completely exceeded. The Hosts couldn't have been more welcoming. The room was clean, spacious and very well maintained. The Hosts were able to quickly answer questions I had in relation to the local area and how to get to places. Great location and I don't think I would stay anywhere else, I am planning to return later this year. Thank you for being so friendly and welcoming to visitors to Billund.
There was nothing negative i can write about this property or the Hosts.

The place was really big, a large bedroom with a dining/cooking/living area plus a private bathroom and another extra room. We were even allowed guests over which was lovely. It was very clean and organised with lots of facilities available and lovely views out of the windows. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Hannas B&B is a very nice place to stay in. It is decorated with taste, very neat and very private. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom is lovely. It is very cosy and we felt like home.

A very quiet, clean air b n b - close to Legoland.
We really appreciated the heated floor in the bathroom. The bathroom was fully stocked with many soaps and shampoos.

We made a reservation for 1 room, 3 beds (for 3 people). We PAID for this.
When we arrived we have been told we will get only 2 beds: or our daughter (5 years old) sleeps with us, or we must pay 100 kr more for the third bed . BUT WE ALREADY PAID FOR 3 BEDS !!!! They want to charge again, for what we have already booked and paid !!!
When I spoke with the owner regarding this point, he confirmed that they were aware we were 3 people, that we paid for 3 beds, but, despite this, they gave us only 2 beds.

The place was great. Clean and quiet.The only promblem was that there was no coffee maker or stove top. Would be nice to make a cup of coffee in the morning.Frenche press would have been great
