Bardzo ładnie położony, przy rynku, czysty. Jest winda. Przestronne pokoje, nasz z widokiem na rynek. Kawa i herbata w pokojach. Śniadanie smaczne, choć średnio zróżnicowane. Klimatyczna sala śniadaniowa. Polecam
Trochę skomplikowany system dostania się do windy. Brak cytryny do herbaty na śniadaniu i brak kogoś z obsługi, by można było o coś zapytać czy poprosić.

1- Strong foul odour from bathroom pipes.
2- Our room (11), did not have side windows, only a roof window with no blind.. meaning, you are awaken at 5am with the morning light.
3- Occasional lack of water for showers.

We were in room 18 and the internet there didn't work at all. A basic requirement nowadays. The room was not particularly comfortable - too hot despite the low temperature outside (the aircon was too noisy) and a bit noisy at night. Overall not great value for money.

It is a very central hotel, right in the main square. The room was big and the bed quite confortable.
The windows doens t have proper blackouts. The breakfast is very limiteted and served in a kind of a cellar, which could be nice for a dinner, but not adequated for breakfast.

The room for breakfast is a cellar that could be suitable for a wine tasting or a dinner rather than for breakfast.
The sheets covering the mattress had a strange towel- texture. It seems to me that something was missing. Generally they are used only as matress conver under the proper sheet.
Cleaning during the stay could be improved.
Good valuable for money but it doesn't meet 4 stars standards.

Reasonably new, stylish decor in historic building. A good sized room overlooking the main square. 'Free' street parking immediately outside the hotel.
Breakfast was in the gloomy, poorly lit (albeit historic), cellar of the building. Some evidence of 'wear and tear' of room fittings eg. bedside light, shower head.

The location is great, right at the city centre. It is within walking distance to the train station, and to all the main gardens and chauteau. The area is safe. The room size and toilet size are good. The shower is hot and constant. The lighting is alright. Wifi connection is alright. Staff are friendly.
Value for money could be better overall. The room itself is quite hot even when all windows are open at the start of autumn, and when the windows are open, you can clearly hear the church bells ringing around every 45 minutes during midnight. Noise cancellation can be improved. The bed sheet is basically towel-texture, so it is quite rough.

Great place with amazing terrace, cery close to all activities, parking is available for thr fee. Spacious room. Hotel interior is very pleasant, room interior is a bit old.
Water in the bath was very unstable, it could dissapear during the shower time, be extremely cold accidentally or so.

Perfect location on town square. Almost everything in walking distance. You can find free parking space a few 100 meters North of the hotel which makes it a good place to stay more than one night. Unfortunately we could not extend our stay because the hotel was fully booked on Friday.
Breakfast in the cellar is low standard. If possible we book without breakfast but that was not possible at Purkmistr. For us this is not a reason to avoid the place next time. We'll be back if we hit Kromeriz again. Check-in and check-out times are somewhat limited... WiFi was erratic; we had to switch to 4G from time to time.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times. The reason we continue to return is that the staff are a delight, the hotel is an unique blend of the ancient and the modern and it has a fantastic location.

We have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and keep going back because it is so good. Our receptionist Christina was incredibly helpful and accommodating allowing us early access to our room. She also spoke excellent English which for me remains a big bonus. The room was beautiful with magnificent views over the old town square. Kromeriz is a small town so once parked everything is in walking distance. Breakfast is really good with a lot to choose from. Our waitress was so helpful and patient.
We were only able to stay for one night because of work commitments.
