The staff were amazing very friendly made me feel very welcome, they were exceptional with my 11yr old son as well. Facility had everything I needed and more!

The gym could have been a little bigger

Customer service, 10/10 Staff are super friendly and attentive and a joy to be around had some great laughs (shout out to Beny and Jery) they Remember you and your family. Perfect size, not too busy, food was delicious buffet breakfast always a hit! Rooms were big enough, comfy beds, big bathroom, easy enough to get around. One hour Full body massage, amazing! Perfect hotel everything you need! We didn’t leave for the first 3 days enjoyed it too much to explore.

Nice and clean, environment was good and there shuttle to beach and seminyak village. Breakfast were good. Overall good feel. The jacuzzi in our family room was nice but its facing some ugly roof which kind of dampen tOverahe nice feel.

checking in took too long, check in time should be 2pm, but we waited and were only given our rooms after 3pm. Waiting time almost 45mins.

Staff were amazing. The service and food are unmatched. Fantastic breakfast and pool amazing location. Would definitely come back!

The room was huge, spacious, clean and comfy. Terrace with whirlpool is also amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and pool is okay-ish. I was there twice this year and will come again.

One night a hornet came first to terrace and then entered the room through little gap in balcony doors. Luckily, staff was quick to react after the call and came with anti-insect spray and removed it.

My second time at this hotel and it was just as amazing as the first time. Rooms are amazing - spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is outdstanding!! Pool is great!

The fitness room could use an update

staff were amazing, nice, and helpful. The spa was incredible and very relaxing. breakfast included was very nice and even had option for different types of coffee, made to order eggs/omelettes, pancakes were so good and the outdoor dining area was beautiful

Hot tub in the suite wasn’t really clean enough to enjoy, roof was leaking a little in the hallway (although there were thunderstorms)

The spa is large and a great addition to the room.

We arrived at 12pm and were advised that we could check in at 2pm, however when we returned at 3pm, the room was not ready until 3:45pm. No explanation until we had to ask multiple times. The air conditioning was not working properly, we overheard some other guests complain too so the room was very hot. The shower and spa water smelt funky and the towels were dirty.

Nothing at all was to like about this property!

What I didn’t like about the property was that check in time was supposed to be at 12:00, they didn’t let us check in until AFTER 6pm. When we returned after 6pm to check into our room, our key/card wasn’t working so I went to speak to the staff to have the issue rectified which was mission impossible. They tried 3 times, had to call someone to take the door apart to try and fix it, but this stage it was around 8pm and we just wanted to shower and get into our room. Our room was absolutely disgusting, dirty floors, dirty sheets, mouldy bathroom and the sage didn’t work. I went to speak to the hotel staff and demanded a new room which they said they couldn’t do because they were fully booked, after arguing with them for 45 minutes they finally moved us into a different room which seemed to have been recently renovated but was still dirty. The photos are not at all what the hotel looks like, the pool was green and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for years. The floating bean bags had mould on them, the cocktails were off and their food was all horrid. I will never stay here again, we had 6 rooms booked with all our friends. If we hadn’t of all been there we would have moved hotels!!!!

Best hotel we stayed in Bali, staff are exceptional kind, shuttle bus services to the beach and shop. hotel located in a very quiet location but not far from the shopping area. Varieties to chose from the breakfast buffet and the restaurant area with beautiful overlook. Taking this opportunity to say many thanks to the hotel’s security, he has rushed out to get exchange for the small amount to pay for the taxi at night. Opened the door for guests stepping out and then checked if any thing guests still leaving in the car that an exception caring, hard to find at any hotels.
