Love this spot at CRF - location is proximate, space is tidy, management is quick to respond. Near daily cleaning crew comes to straighten up. Good wifi. Huge pool.

attentive host. great communication, Condo is quiet, Would stay again. Only small drawback is no air conditioning and since unit is on ground floor not recommended to open windows at night. So it was a bit hot for sleeping.

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit for a weekend. Had another great experience. Great location, as you're a few blocks removed from the hustle and bustle of Aspen, but so close to everything still. Ample parking on the street behind the unit as well, which is free on the weekends. Brian is always very responsive and helpful, and Abi our housekeeper was great.

The place was very clean. They provided service everyday to lightly freshen the place but she did more! She cleaned provided fresh towels everyday as well as tidied every bedroom. We had two issues during our stay that Brian resolved immediately. There was no disruption to our stay and he was very fast to respond.
The place is stocked with all kinds of cooking utensils and has a washer and dryer which was great. The place is walking distance to APEX gondolua, Ruby Transit Center and the City Market. Definitely would stay here again.

Our recent stay was mixed. Property is well located and clean. It is on the first floor so most views are of the parking lot. The ceiling is thin and we could hear every step of the people above us - we spoke with them and they were in slippers even though it sounded like ski boots. There was not enough hot water- if two people took a shower or bath there would not be hot water for hours- the property needs a larger hot water tank. Overall good experience but one of the most expensive stays for a property of this level we have had

Clean, nice neighborhood location, well appointed with plenty of dishes and variety of cookware. Easy walking access to grocery stores, shopping, skiing, restaurants, just remember to dress for the cold or wintery sidewalks.

Had an amazing week at Chateau Roaring Fork. The location was perfect for a stay without a vehicle as everything is walkable including the City Market. Will definitely consider coming back!

The property was extremely well located. Accommodated us well with two bedrooms and two baths. Loved having the barbecue grill. Parking was very important and we did not ever have a problem finding a space. Incredibly, conveniently located. Easy to get to city market, and walking around town. Loved my breakfast every morning as Jour De Fete.

This isn't the first time we've stayed in the complex in one of Brians units. Location is fantastic, close to everything, and the shuttle literally stops outside our door! As usual, the unit was perfectly clean & set up upon arrival, with all check in done conveniently in advance. The unit was represented perfectly in the pictures online. The beds and couch were extremely comfortable, & the fireplace (free unlimited firewood) & views to the slopes were a nice touch during all the snow we received during our stay! Of course, the big jacuzzi & heated pool were a hit with everyone every afternoon. The bathrooms are being updated this season which will be a nice cosmetic improvement, since everything functioned well. Daily housekeeping by Abigail (rockstar) and her team are an added bonus that we grew to really appreciate after a hard day on mountain! We would definitely not disappointed in renting this unit again in the future. Good job Brian & team!! Note* this unit involved no stairs which is good for easy access.

Great place with easy access (walking) to restaurants, shops and ski lifts. The condo was actually larger than portrayed in the pictures. Brian was also very responsive and assisted with our ski plans. We would stay here again.

This condo was perfect for us. The location - just 4 blocks from the gondola meant everyone could come and go as needed. Property was clean, Brian was attentive, although we didn’t need much from him as it was all already set up. Hope we can come back soon!

The condo is great! It's just a few blocks away from the hustle and bustle of Aspen. Having daily cleaning service is unheard of in rentals these days, and was so nice to have! The space was quiet and cool. We will definitely use this rental again when the time comes.

Exceptional condo! First floor with a nice layout. Never felt crowded for the four of us. Well appointed. Short walk to town center (only 2 blocks to Grocery). LOVED the facility’s hot tub and pool!! Ample supply of firewood. Great find!!

Amazing stay!
We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! Everything was as described, and Brian went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. When we requested a late check out and early check in, he made sure to accommodate our schedule and make our travels easier! The location is so close to town and to Aspen mountain. Abigail the housekeeper also cleaned up daily and provided fresh towels which was a nice touch. We definitely would come back again! Highly recommmend!

Great Aspen Condo!
Spacious condo with all the amenities you might need. Just a short walk (1/2 mile) to most anything in town. Beautiful pool, hot tubs and wood burning fireplace. Great communication with owner and ease of stay made for a perfect vacation.

Excellent place!
My friends & I had an excellent experience here. Brian made the entire check-in/check-out process very easy. The place was clean, cozy, and had a nice view of Aspen Mountain. The heated pool and jacuzzis were also great after a long day of skiiing. Would certainly come back!

1. Brian is so helpful and immediately (within minutes!) responded to all inquiries. He provided suggestions for local needs (food, transportation, lift tickets, travel updates, etc). He even accommodated us with additional nights due to inclement weather.
2. The condo is nicely equipped with kitchen needs, toiletries, laundry, humidifiers, pillows, throw blankets and even firewood! Great layout and a large enough sectional couch for 4 people.
3. Great location and amenities exceeded expectations. There are two large hot tubs and the pool was heated! The unit was cleaned and restocked daily!
4. When we come back, we’ll book this unit and we won’t bother with searching for other options!

Nice place - good location
Very nice condo. In the town of Aspen and an easy walk to the lift, shops and restaurant. The condo was nicely decorated and plenty of room for a family of 4. Brian was very responsive. The complex has a nice pool and hot tub. I would recommend.
