Magnífico hotel, bellas y elegantes instalaciones, buena ubicación. El desayuno delicioso y muy completo. Pero lo mejor la atención del personal, tanto de recepción como del restaurant, prendieron la caldera para que usatamos la alberca por la noche, el chef y personal de cocina llegaron fuera de su horario, para ofrecer el desayuno a las 7 am, ya que teníamos que salir a las 8. Volvería a hospedarme con ellos.

They did not have our reservation when we arrived but they found a solution rapidly.

The staff at the desk was always very helpful with anything, any question or help required the staff was there to answer. The room was big enough, sparkling clean, and there was everything we needed and more. The breakfast included is delicious, don't miss it! The location is very good as it's close to the parque central, and it's also mainly quiet.

There wasn't a "family" vibe there, even if they were nice with my daughters, I was afraid sometimes they could be disturbing. Nothing else to say and I would still recommend to families!

Very comfortable bed, great location, wonderful breakfast

The cappuccino in the breakfast was for an extra charge. I don't mind paying 35 pesos for coffee, but it seems odd since the breakfast itself is so rich, and the process of paying for it felt awkward.

The staff was courteous and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room has one wall that is solid glass: it doesn’t open but lets in filtered light through one screen and has a blackout screen to block out light at night. It is extremely quiet.

There was a string of lights right above the window of my room, and the light from them leaked around the blackout screen. The waiter at breakfast was quite unpleasant .
