The host is excellent and really goes out of his way to ensure that his guests are happy.

The rooms are slightly small, but i would say it's value for money.

We had arrived to location just after landing from airport, it was late, but Chamath met us and prepared for us king coconut , it was so great after such a long way. Also he proposed us to drive us around and show interesting locations outside. Also apartment’s we’re very clean and there was everything you need inside for comfortable stay, there was even power source adapters ) A d also there was very fast internet , which is important for my work

Everything was great and good, the owner of the house helped me a lot, he even accompanied me for shopping, he was very kind, the house was in a good location and close to the beach, it was clean and comfortable, the kitchen had good facilities, the bathroom was great. The most important thing for a tourist was to have peace of mind, which he had in this house

The Restraurant is closed at present after COVID. So there was no meals available. Location is very quiet and private but at the same time close to all the facilitries. The best part of staying there was the personal attention and care given by the host.

Needs a generator for power cuts. Hot water system should be improved.

Host was so friendly and supportive. Thanks a lot Mr. Chamath for the careful support in every point of our stay. Room was very clean. We had a cleaning staff who cleaned room spotless. Roof top is the best place to spend evenings. Its so cool out there. There is a beach nearby and a world class zoo too. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend to anyone who want to stay near Colombo.

I arrived after an 9 hour bus trip to find my foot badly infected. I asked where is the nearest hospital, he organised a tuktuk for me, came with me and since I didn't have enough cash, lent me the money to pay the hospital bill. He far exceeded my expectation for hospitality.

It is cheap and best in my opinion, everything located near by like mall, restuarant as they have their own restaurant downstairs...it is best too.... Can not get this type of accomodations at this location....best of all the winter is very much helpful... anytime... Helped to extend my visa... I recommend this place... Thank you...see you soon

The owner and staff are really caring, and take care of everything if you want anything. The appartment is above a good restaurant, so good food is easily available. There are many good restaurants in the area. There is access to the roof, with a nice view of the area.

Owner is really helpful and gave me an early check-in as I had an early arrival to Sri Lanka. This place really worth for the money I paid. Have got all necessary equipment for an apartment. I recommend this place and would definitely return.

Bit Congested.

Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. Owner was a very pleasant and helpful. Checkout time was till 3 p. M. And it was very helpful with our travelling schedules. Very easy location to find in Colombo. As per the description all facilities were provided and we recommend this place to anyone who wish a decent place to accommodate.
