The spacious apartment is about 500m to the tram stop, and the supermarket is about 500m away. The apartment itself is clean. Parking outside and behind the apartment was easy and convenient. The kitchen is well equipped.

The house is in a residential area on the east edge of Rotterdam.

Window frames need replacing in bathroom & main bedroom. Some wall panels had holes in them. We chose this property as we were travelling by bikes & wanted somewhere on he edge of Rotterdam.

Nice area, not far from city center. Perfect for 2 families, lot of space for everything. All you can need in kitchen and bathroom... We would stay longer next time. :)

Friendly owners. Overall clean.

Location is far from sightseeing venues. Very steep stairs not advisable for elderly or families with toddlers. Microwave made sparks!! Very Dangerous. Although it was overall clean, the cutlery drawer was not and the cooking utensils and oven were also not clean.

The facility was nice and the location semi-good for those driving.

The Host could have some respect for people who have travelled to enjoy a vacation as they ruined our trip for my brother's birthday. Baseless accusations were thrown at us with no consideration to how we feel. The Host failed to do checks when invited down to come and see the premises with their own eyes to verify whether smoking was taking place within the building. This was not the case; pictures were shared, and no apology given. FYI - The baseless threats were the neighbours complaining and hanging around outside the premises [Quite irritating and not giving us space] accusing us of smoking in the house. Did not feel comfortable as we were threatened about our stay based off a neighbour's complaints and no further checks/investigations took place, instead we received a threat from the host to be evicted by police. Had to send images and invite the host down [They did not turn up] when receiving horrible accusations with no base/merit to it. The end to summarise resulted in us all spending most our time out and very little at the apartment to just sleep. I mean who wants a bunch of old people standing outside the place they are staying for vacation making stupid complaints that were baseless. I.e., they were also invited in to check if anyone had been smoking. Naturally they declined and no police arrived. Just a way to ruin a group stay. Never booking here again for sure. Rotterdam is lovely and most of the community are, probably will stay elsewhere but within Rotterdam.

On booking was showing that were 2 toilets at the house, but when we arrived one of them was being renovated and we couldn't use it. But apart from that, the house was nice.
