The location was good, close to the sea, shopping and restaurants

The wi-fi connection was terrible ! The apartment was quite small, there was no place to store clothes - no chest of drawers in the bed room.

Location, space, 2 bathrooms great for family,

Only cleaned it once after day 2, stayed 8 days. No air con and fan was non effective.

No breakfast, location good if you don't want too much hustle, bustle, taxi reasonable price, lots of nice places to eat grand beach nearby.

The bar/restaurant only open 3 evenings, we think due to lost buisness during covid, not great choice in meals People allowed to allocate sinners with towels, then not use them for HOURS

Amazing facility. Apartment really big and modern and Spotlessly clean. Amazing staff. Pool and pool bar great and amazing food. Will definitely be booking again for next year.

Loved having two balconies and the rooms were well equipped with everything needed in fact the best I’ve seen for Apartments! The staff at the Poolside bar and restaurant were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for me and the kids! Reasonable prices for food and drink, and home made food was banging! Great location short walk to the beach!

Only downside with it being august was no air con - fans provided but just not the same! Other guests mentioned the same and although it would come at a cost I would pay more to stay again with air con! because the rooms and faculties are really good for apartments :)

Restaurant staff were really friendly and helpful. George the life guard was really nice guy too....Overall there were no rough clientele staying in the complex, kids got on well with other kids but there was limited entertainment for them.

Pool was just ok, hard to know how often it is cleaned! Area around pool and sun beds was never washed the whole three weeks we were there. Pool guy gave it a sweep early morning but no washing of the area, it was very dirty all the time! Pool/maintenance guy was a very ignorant man, shouting at kids when they tried to put towels on the sunbeds. There was not enough sun beds for all the guess leading to a lot of stress for people. This guy is not to be mixed up with the life guards who were really nice, especially George. Had Ant's in our apartment....reported several times....There was no night time bar or entertainment despite it saying there was when we booked our holiday! Been a few years since we were in Puerto De Carmen, it has gotten very run down, footpaths dirty and unsafe, watch out for the electric scooters.....Doesn't seem to have been any investment in the area, during Covid lock down they did nothing to improve the area...unlikely to return to PDC anytime soon.

The property is immaculate clean and well maintained.

Very clean and well equipped apartment. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Food at the bar was lovely and very reasonable. Was a good walk away from the old town, bus stop outside San Antonio would take you most places you want to go and very cheap.

Felt like there could have been more in the evenings at the bar. Music or even a show at the weekends. Plenty of people around that would enjoy this. Bingo was on once a week. Not a complaint at all just a comment.
