In the centre of a quaint village, shops and pubs close by.
Roads are all yellow lines and residents parking but car parks available.

Fabulous location. Very welcoming staff. Lovely cafe with yummy food . Cycle hire next door which is a fabulous way to explore the beautiful Exe Estuary
Nothing that we didn't like but possibly a few more kitchen utensils would be useful eg chopping board, salt and pepper

Great location. If you prefer to eat all your meals at the property just about everything you require is in the kitchen. The lighter pub is 100 yards away with good food and if the weather is good it's nice to eat outside overlooking the eastury. Topsham town has a few nice bars and restaurants all within a 15 minute walk. Route 2 do a lovely breakfast in there cafe but I haven't eaten lunch so can't comment.
People with walking issues possibly wouldn't access the apartments as the stairs do narrow a little bit like a spiral staircase.

The location was perfect. 100 yards from the water. All shops, pubs etc within a minutes walk. The accommodation was lovely and clean with everything you need.

Wonderfully quiet and spotlessly clean. Very warm welcome and having the fabulous cafe underneath was such a bonus.

We had the Haldon Apartment. Lovely apartment with an estuary view. Had everything you could want. Very comfortable, the beds were so comfortable I almost overslept and would have missed paying for the car park opposite if my alarm had not gone off. Food from the café below was excellent, lovely high quality local produce.
Very steep stairs to the top floor. Confusion over breakfast. We had paid via Booking.com to have breakfast but this appeared complicated as there were lots of breakfast items on the menu in the café below. When querying this the café owners credited us for one days breakfast only so on the second morning we had to pay. Entrance to the apartments could do with a tidy up. Walking past food storage fridges and back area of the café to reach the stairs was not a very good first impression.

We wanted a base to stay in when visiting Exeter and surround coast with our dogs. Zephyr apartment is very small but it has a little sofa and tv in the lounge and a big comfy bed in a separate room. The bathroom was clean and the shower and cubicle were good. You get what you pay for.
The stairs are very steep and they lead to downstairs and outside past the main coffee shop kitchen back door which was open all the time and difficult to manoeuvre round with the dogs. The road was a little noisy early morning onwards and the kitchen staff arrived at 7am Saturday morning so don’t expect a lie in.

Times of collection very obvious. Main man sorted us. Pretty easy - stairs a bit hard with case!. Sitting room TV room worked fine too. And I don't want to write anymore. Isn't this enough? I find these sort of feedback systems very annoying.I wouldn't bother if I were a future visitor.
No chef Sunday morning when we wanted a pancake breakfast. Heating wasn't on for first day. A bit noisy on the street outside late evening. And that is all - no need to add anything so why do you have a minimum number of words when there was very little to be negative about. The stay was great, this feedback system is futile and crap.

Breakfasts were brilliant! Wide choice but stuck with delicious, well cooked and presented favourites. Had breakfast at the property 3 mornings out of four. Staff always very welcoming and efficient. Everything was very well explained, both online prior to our visit and by the staff on our arrival. Access to the appartment was easy, although the stairs were steep and spiral, but this was pointed out clearly in the info re mobility issues, so we were prepared.
Hooks on bathroom door would be useful for towels etc.
Can be noisy v early in the morning with bin collections, deliveries etc but understand that can't be helped!
