Spacious apartment, well equipped (e.g.: smart TV, hair dryer). Close to the beach. Parking is available without additional charge. Wifi works well. Beautiful view to the sea, you can see Cres and Krk from your balcony. A swimming pool is also available without additional cost in case you do not want to go to the beach.

Personnel is not always phisically available. The primary contact opportunity is via phone. This was the reason why we had to wait for the keys about 20 minutes. The room was also not fully prepared, i.e. microwave was missing, but the personnal brought one as soon as we requested. The boiler has to be switched on, however, it was not explained at first how. The apartment is about 2 kilometers away from the center of Opatija. It is not so bad if you like walking (it is not that easy when it is hot). Alternatively, you can choose going there by car, however, it is difficult to find a parking place in the city center and you have to pay a lot.

The owner is very helpful and contactable, location is exceptional with an amazing view to the sea, close to small beach and center of Volosko. Also, it's about 20-30 minutes by walk by the beautiful promenade to the center of Opatija. There is also a water-sports rental nearby, you can rent there a SUP/try windusurfing so it's definitely worth trying if you are an active person.

In the Studio Apartment there is 1 bunk bed for two guests and 1 large double bed. There is no sofa bed, as mentioned in the description. That was the only inconvenience, all of the other amenities are as listed in the description.

The pool was great, as was the view from the terrace of the apartment. The area is very quiet at night. The lady who took care of us was very kind.
