Az elhelyezkedés tökéletes. Abbázia legjobb pontja. A tenger a legjobb. Hűvös, friss, üde, simogató. A konyha csodás. A szoba kicsi az árához képest.

A szoba lehetne nagyobb. A fürdőben, s a szobában nincsenek akasztók a ruháknak, törülközőknek.

Colazione buona e ben assortita. Posizione buona. Centro raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi.

Se vuoi cenare in hotel 40 euro a persona mi sembrano troppi. E bibite a parte oltre tutto. Parcheggio a pagamento non incluso 20 euro al giorno non è simpatico per niente. Lo metterei già dentro la tariffa eventualmente. Piscina riscaldata freddina e ambiente freddo. Alziamo il riscaldamento. Anche perché l'idro con acqua e schiuma anche troppo calda è piccolo e sempre pieno di gente.

Das Frühstück war grandios! Vom Frühstücksei, Omelette bis zu div. Kuchen, Torten, ... Sekt und Lachs, Wurst und viele unterschiedliche Schinken- und Käsesorten, Obst und Gemüse - frisch und auch zubereitet, Orangensaft und andere Säfte, div. Gebäck - auch Vollkorngebäck, Waffeln, etc. - war alles vorhanden und wurde auch ständig nachgereicht. Ein derartiges Frühstück bringt einem leicht über den gesamten Tag!!!

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Mitarbeiter vom Parkservice war bei der Ankunft gleich sehr freundlich und hat gleich einen sehr guten Eindruck vom Hotel vermittelt. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr gut und geräumig mit 3 verschiedenen Saunen. Leider war teilweise sehr viel Lärm durch Kinder im Poolbereich, was aber nicht im Verschulden des Hotels liegt. Frühstück war reichhaltig aber geschmacklich von mäßiger Qualität.

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht ausreichend funktioniert. Es hatte im Zimmer teilweise 28-29 Grad bei 15 Grad Außentemperatur, da die Sonne das Zimmer aufgeheizt hat und die Klimaanlage hat es nicht heruntergekühlt. Durch die zum Abkühlen geöffneten Fenster war es dann relativ laut. Mistkübel war bei der Ankunft noch voll.

Ponuda doručka mi je odlična. Ima jako puno izbora hrane. Spa mi se također svidio. Jako lijepa sauna. Bazen je solidan za relax.

Svijetlo u liftu titra. Molim popravite to jer će netko dobiti epileptični napad.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel, komfortabel, sauber und sehr nettes Personal. Insbesondere die junge Dame Katarina an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit!

Zimmer- sehr sauber, das Zimmermädchen freundlich, hilfsbereit und diskret Frühstück -ein vielseitiger Angebot, täglich frisch , von Sekt, Lachs ,Glutenfrei, warme Speisen , einfach alles was der Herz begehren kann und ein hilfsbereites und freundliches Service. Abendbuffet wie im Schlaraffenland, vielseitig und fein live zubereitet , schön angerichtet. Service freundlich und kompetent, ein guter Auswahl an einheimischen Weinen. Die Hotelleitung war oft im Speisesaal präsent und man spürt ein gutes betriebs Klima.. Respekt

Die Kosten für ein Auto - Parkplatz von 20 Euro am Tag fand ich etwas zu hoch für Kroatien

The location was good and the breakfast was nice. Good variety.

We checked in at about 5:30pm and I chose to make full payment at the end of our stay. When entering our room at first glance it looked nice, however had a musty smell. We looked around ready to settle in and noticed black mold and water stains on the ceiling of the bathroom. There was a decent amount so I went downstairs immediately to notify reception and ask for a different room if available as black mold should not be taken lightly. The receptionist came to assess and after about 30 minutes and sorting out with their manager they offered us another room. Pleased with this solution we went into the other room. Again it smelled musty upon entry and we saw mold in the bathroom and water stains on the ceiling. We notified the receptionist who was in the room with us and she took photos of the damage to send to her manager. We had a dinner reservation at 6:30 and by this time it was 6:20. I asked the lady if another room was available and she said they were fully booked but they have plenty of people checking out the following morning so may have another option by then. She asked if we were happy with the room, we weren’t, however had reservations with family and obviously no other room was available so accepted it for the night in hopes for another room by the morning. Because of being in another room we had to cancel our booking on booking.com and re book directly with the hotel. Because of this they needed direct payment for both nights. I paid and she provided a 10% discount for the room. She told me to come back in the morning to speak to a receptionist to see if another room would be available. As we were in a rush to meet this reservation with family I took the receipt and noticed in the car that they only took 4 euros off our whole amount for two nights which does not equal a 10% discount as they stated. The room was very musty to sleep in which did not make for a comfortable sleep.

Location is really good, nice breakfast, over all it is a good hotel

The check in lasted forever, we were given the wrong room type, then tried to switch it, they didn't have what we reserved so they gave us two rooms for the first night. Great right? Well sounds like it, but the A/C in the room didn't work, I was sweating all night. and that changing rooms again lasted for over 30 Minutes. Mind that we came late in the evening. Almost at midnight. And also at the pool bar poor choice of drinks and the service is just horrible there.

It's a hotel that could be improved, certainly not a high end 4-star hotel, but it's a great value for money. We got a great deal for August dates, and the wellness and breakfast were just amazing. The view everyone is talking about is true.

If I really need to go in details, the only thing that doesn't suit a 4-star hotel is having a barista passing you espresso and telling you to put your milk to make it a cappuccino. I don't think it suits a 4-star hotel.

The third time at this hotel was overall good. However the impression is not as good as the first times. + very good location + breakfast was very good with lots of options + fairly good priced + very nice staff (certainly Kristina - think her name was that)

Since my first visit I have now noticed several aspects that needs improvement or that I don’t like. - smoking; there are smokers everywhere, eg by the pool area when you are relaxing and want some fresh air the hotel allows smokers to smoke in the sunbed. Disgusting. -cleaning; found hair in the minibar/refrigerator and it didn’t look completely clean. We had to visit reception twice before a cleaning lady came.
