The receptionist was rude as Me and my hubby requested for an extra chair and he said he couldn't add us I mean we wanted to have our meals on one table but it had one chair.how can u put one chair in a so called king suit room.

The room was beneath the restaurant and it was noisy. they were pulling chairs in the middle of the night

The staff were warm and friendly, very helpful too. The roof top 👌.. It was good to unwind here at the end of the day with the beautiful view of Kampala and watch the sun set. The food portions are generous.

It would be great to have one an authentic Ugandan dish on the menu. I had to ask for the electric kettle, the room had stuff for making tea/coffee but the kettle.

Location is fantastic as it is located to nearby, shopping malls, restaurants, bars. Breakfast was good, though it is limited with the choice. Available parking with 24hr security The rooms have good soundproof installation you cannot hear any noise despite the Suites location at a busy road and neighborhood

Size of room a bit small but it was perfect for me as a single traveler. The rooms need some maintenance as the air-conditioning and some appliances were not working well.

Very pleasant staff. Suite size have way better value than many 4 or 5star hotels/apartments I've stayed in in Uganda!!!

Breakfast was free for everyone. The breakfast options are limited though. The room was very nice.

There could have been activities offered at the hotel like live music or so. The bar didn't always have music on.
