Amazing apartment really spacious!

Could do with more kitchen items. Pots and pans etc

The location was perfect. This is my 4th stay at these appartments. The staff are great, they are welcoming and helpfull. They just make u feel at home. Breaksfast at the hotel was great. All in all our stay was wonderful.

The place needs some renovation here and there.

Ambience, serenity, warm home feeling, flexibility of staff, access to venues and other facilities (car services especially Aloyious, Maria, Ronald, Hussein) cleanliness.

AC not working at its best required a few visits from maintainance.

Returning for a second time, manager changed us to another apartment which was a bonus. appreciated, no issues as usual, comfortable super clean, convenienent for access and visitors

Everything was on point. Good place and very safe. Everything is near. The staff was so helpfull and kind . We really enjoyed our stay. This was the best best place i have ever stayed in Uganda (Kampala) 10/10

We actually ended up staying at the Sheraton Hotel (which is the company who also runs these apartments). When we arrived to check-in, the manager, Stephen, explained that the person staying in our assigned apartment requested to stay another 5 months, so they offered to provide 2 rooms at the hotel for my son and I instead and we were very pleased. He was very kind and helpful and we were very thankful. The hotel service is excellent, the food was great (especially the chicken), the gym staff was great, the location was great (and I liked that it is easier to get in and out of compared to other places—still have to go through security, but what I mean is getting in off the street is easy, and having it secure is good). The rooms were very nice and clean, beds were comfortable, and the view was amazing in the room I was assigned to at the end on the 11th floor. I would request the same room except that in the mornings I heard some kind of noise being on the end through the wall...not sure what it was but it was around the same time every morning. The picture I uploaded is from the balcony view. I could see the whole city from there. :-)

The only negative would be that the AC could have been colder in the fitness center (if it was on at all) and also that one night the music from the entertainment downstairs was very very loud and shouldn’t have been happening at 1:30 in the morning...it was quieter after that so I’m sure someone else spoke with them about it. I personally think the entertainment should be done by 11:00 pm and most people are there sleeping and are business people. Overall our experience was excellent and we will stay again.
