The keys were in the lock safe. Very easy to get in.

Location great. We self-catered

Very low ceiling above top flight of stairs needed getting used to. Potentially dangerous unless we took care. Perfect size for 3 of us and space for 4 would have been ok - limited space if there had been 6.

Perfect beach location, close to everything and within minutes of the sea/beach. Well furnished and appointed with everything you could need for a stay in Cromer.

Fantastic cottage - stairs fairly steep which is just something to consider if travelling with small children or elderly. but perfect for me and my dog :)

Loved the beach location and the cottage was a beautiful coastal cottage. Really quaint ! Having 4 beds was also a bonus.

Possible not always suitable for young families as during our stay the Pub next door had live music events over the weekend that played very loud music until 11pm.

Fabulous location, very clean and cosy, welcome pack

The very steep stairs were an issue for my elderly Mother. It took two of us to get her up and down and with only one bathroom on the first floor it wasn’t ideal for us. Some photos of the stairs would have been useful prior to us booking.

great central location, moments from the beautiful beach. Very handy for food/grocery shops, coffee, cakes, bakery etc lovely restaurants and a cinema just 5 minutes walk away.

Seashells is a brilliant property in a great location. Really cosy, and it seemed the owners had gone out of their way to make the place well equipped and comfortable. The welcome pack was generous and really nice. Everything that you might need was there, and it was a really great place to stay.
