Didn't really like the balcony. It wasn't a balcony actually but a teracce on the top floor. No pictures of that while booking it.

The fact that it smelt badly of cigarette smoke and made it difficult for folk with lung problems Even the aircon did not entirely help What a pity because it is a nice place to stay otherwise

great location, modern and clean apartment

shower was sometimes difficult to get hot

The location it was excellent, the apartment is relatively quiet but only because we was lucky. You can hear everything through the walls, even when someone id doing a shower upstairs. Air Conditioner was silent and it was efficient.

No sound insulation, NO PARKING (parking is made in the street and you can find or not); the apartment is situated on the semi-basement position and it has no balcony. Anyway, the apartment it is still decent and I can recommend it. Also, we could check in earlier but we could NOT check out latter. Anyway this is not because the host did not cooperate, but because he had other guests after us.
