Swimming pool very pleasant……small, clean, private and often very quiet. Good, secure parking.
The place is a good stopover for a few nights provided you have a car.
We were expecting a room with a kitchenette but on arrival we discovered we were in a room with only a fridge and coffee machine. There were no cooking facilities, no kettle and no kitchen sink. Communication was through ‘WhatsApp’ only with the owner, which was very limited. Face to face communication was almost non existent for the first three days. We were moved to a better room halfway through the week (with a kitchenette but few cooking utensils)
The location of the place was very difficult to find and being situated between two motorways you had limited access points and were unable to walk out to shops, bars etc.

The room was spacy and clean, our kids enjoyed the pool and we appreciated the coffee machine 😁 The owner was very kind and extremelly helpful.
The only issue for us was the location which is little bit isolated. But the owner always arranged transfer for us when we needed. If you travel with own car you will not have any issues.

The place is new,modern,comfortable and fully equipped. It was very clean and the host was very kind and helpful!
We didn't manage to rent a car so we had problems arriving to the train station in Modugno.We suggest renting a car for all those who are arriving without a car like we did.

All very clean! All the requests (like baby cot, or early breakfast) were fulfilled. The check-in was very handle. Good guiding videos received from the host. The host gave perfect advice about the local restaurant and the trade centre. That made the last day of our stay in Puglia totally perfect.

Breakfast was v good, especially the coffee.
Being shown what was on offer instead of being sent videos of how to access the BnB. The lack of contact from the start, with the manager owner is not good. Many facilities I wanted to use or discuss from the start of my stay, were not answered, given the lack of communication from the beginning. The guest should be welcomed and shown around, e.g. how to operate the washing machine, where exactly is it. Is the kitchen still in use to sit or relax. Outside of the BnB for walking is very disappointing. The use of a car or taxi is needed.

This property is new and well-appointed. We were a party of 7 people occupying 4 rooms. Each was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are excellently built and cared for, with plant of hot water (each room has its own heater). The breakfast is typically Italian - a cornetta (croissant) and pastries, with yogurt and juice if you want...and coffee! Highly recommended!
The location is good but not really walkable to shops or the city centre. A car is probably necessary. But, that is a minor point to a great 5-day stay in this property. Even so, this B&B is highly recommended!
