Great breakfast pastries and wonderful views towards the city of San Benedetto del Tronto. Angelica and Pietro are two wonderful hosts who care the most about their guests.

Spectacular location on the quiet hillside overlooking the port of San Benedetto. Excellent breakfast with home-baked treats daily. helpful and gracious hosts.

I f google maps tell you to go DOWN Contrada de Santa Licia, DON’T, unless you have a 4WD Jeep. Go UP the short paved access from below.

The property is a very nice house surrounded with olive and fruit trees on the hill overlooking to the sea. From our room we had an open view to the sea! As well as from the balcony where we spent a lot of relaxing time. The owners are really nice. Angelica gave us many tips of local events in the surrounding small villages. The breakfast was excellent with home made pastries, fruit and of course excellent coffee. The fridge in the room is very important so you could enjoy a nice cold beer on the balcony.

Winter ! The view on the sea was a little foggy…

We really loved the view from the villa. We were up on the mountain and smack dab in an olive grove. It was fascinating because the family happened to be harvesting olives the next morning and we were able to watch them and ask any questions. So a cool insider experience. The hostess was lovely and the breakfast was delicious.

Not something we didn't like but a few things we wanted to mention: This is a cash only place. We did not see that readily on the listing. It's under the payment expectations but we were caught off guard when we got to the property. Also, the small twin bed is elevated quite high that a stool needs to be used (they provided) to get into the bed. Just a heads up for those who may not be as agile.

Our room was secluded and had a full view of the coast line. The room was exceptional. The mix of authentic old and new was perfect. You could tell this was a home created out of generations of love. Our home made sweet treats for breakfast were soooooo delicious. We preferred staying in our accommodation and chatting with our delightful host more than the busyness of the cafes and restaurants as she was very interested in us and we shared many stories- it was like going to see an old friend.
