I like the building security and the staff are polite. Mariel is responsive of my requests. Location is very accessible to LRT2, a upper class Mall SM Magnolia and Catholic churches.

The german cockroaches welcomed me as I entered the unit. I needed to buy repellent. The welcome pack was incomplete, no hand soap on the sink, no hand towel, no kitchen towel provided. As advertised for free breakfast, there was 1 sachet of great taste instant coffee. I expected more based on the length of my stay. The bedsheet is poor, worn out and smelly. I needed to request for replacement as I find sleeping to be an issue. The TV unit is not functional as TV. There was no signal. Only YouTube and Netflix but you needed to sign in your own account. It was not an issue for me to use my own account but there was no instruction provided to set it up and it took 2 days for staff to fix the issue. So basically it is better for me to have my laptop as my entertainment. Most importantly I found the kitchen pots to be toxic as the non stick material has already been scratched and worn out. Using these pots is dangerous as it could emit cancerous substance affecting anyone's health. The unit owner and management staff should first and foremost ensure the tenants will not risk their health when occupying the unit. So it is better for them to provide cooking pots that are stainless.

The place is neat as a pin. It has everything you need. Nice bathroom, comfortable couch, and a big bed with kitchen and microwave. It has a great TV with youtube movies.

I'm a little worried about being on the 21st floor during a typhoon or earthquake or worse. It's a long way down!

So dark in the lobby with the couches it is better if there is more light so that we can take pictures in the lobby couches

LRT station is near

i reserved for the parking space but when we got there … there is no available that s why we decided to park at robinson magnolia and pay for the parking for 1100 for only two nights 🥲
