Everything about our stay at Mineral56 was perfect and beyond our expectations. Comfortable, cosy, nourishing. Staff was very friendly and kind, room warm, clean, well furbished and nicely designed, mineral pool and sauna were soo relaxing, food very tasty. We can't wait to visit again!

Very nice place with mineral swimming pool, spacious room, very warm. Very friendly staff.

Breakfast was from set menu and we were not able preliminary to see what is what and some of us were a bit disappointed from our own choises.

It was nice to be able breakfast. Lukanka sandwiches are really nice. Water in pool was pleasant too. Staff was really nice and helpful.

In pool was a lot of bugs, it wasn't opened from 8am (we were not in the season i guess). A lot of spiderweb on balcony and in room near door. Jacuzzi was small for a couple.

The pool is really good, breakfast is nice as well. Their rakia is outstanding. Staff members are very friendly

Needs a little renovation, so I wouldn't give it 9.1. to me it is more like 8.5. On the other hand- maybe rating got me overhyped. Still- a very good place with good food and very well organized staff.

I really liked the breakfast. The hotel was clean and well designed. The staff is really kind.

There is no private parking, the cars can be parked on the street.

The room was big and comfortable and the personnel polite.

First of all, the breakfast was poor and the worst thing was that for the children get half portion. Without being informed in advance from the booking.com, we received half portion breakfast for our kids. The explanation was that they pay less, so they get less!!!! So they had one slice of bread with ham and cheese! That was the breakfast for the first day!! Second comment is that even they had a sign next to the small pool that they have life guard, two days stay we haven’t seen him. Totally, dangerous and unprofessional!! Third comment is about the gym. Two bikes, one old and broken corridor and a multi instrument was their gym. Last but not least, in the bathroom no amenities. Just one liquid soap for everything. And no cleaning the room after the day one. Nor new towels nor fixing the beds. No mini bar.
