The washroom could have been cleaned more. There was a foul smell in the bathroom.

Toilet seat was broken and unattached to the porcelain. Room was facing the street so you can imagine the noise.

I liked the staff, the location and the cleanliness of the rooms. I liked everything about the hotel. It is near to all the prominent places to visit. Staff was very accommodating. We had reached very late but did not face any issues. In all, all thanks to their cooperation, it was a great vacation.

Firstly, though the breakfast was good, I would have liked a choice for breakfast. Secondly, we missed the sign board the first time as Russi restaurant sign was more prominent than Santhi Inn's. I think it can be improved upon. Thirdly, kindly repair the geyser, it was leaking.

An appropriate room rate would have been 2'000 to 3'000 Indian Rupees (25 to 35 US$) but certainly not 5'500 Indian Rupees (more than 60 US$). This hotel is an Indian low budget accommodation: basic standard of facilities, old and not renovated for a long time. Breakfast (starting 8:30 am) was a disappointment: coffee, two toasts, one egg, one piece of butter and three spoons of jam – they call this "complimentary" instead of "included in the room rate". For a second egg they would have charged 63 Indian Rupees. This is not a question of money but rather the impression of a hotel that claims to be more than an Indian low budget accommodation.
