The best part is that it’s located in the heart of Pondicherry, it is actually a good reliable stay option.
The only thing I hated is their hospitality. It’s the worst. They were not allowing us to check in earlier they made us wait in the lobby, plus I ordered one water bottle from in-room dining, the water bottle was stinking so I refused to take it, they forcefully made me pay for that. The attitude behind it was so weird.

The hotel was good and the location is also centre
We booked a double bed and close room but they gave single bed and for both the rooms and it was not close too after, then I ask for room which was close and double bed they said it was sold out but i already booked and went to the hotel when I ask the reception person they said it was sold because so many straight away wake in and got the room,and I fight with the operator and ask that person pre booking person are fool are what? Then they give me room two room close and and one double bed and another room single bed ask us to adjust. This also after I fight with the operators.

The front office staff were not friendly, cold and aloof. The only person who was warm and friendly was Mr Bala who handled our baggage and showed us our room. He was the only one who smiled and welcomed us upon arrival.
Also, why are the corridor lights switched off so early at night??! Difficult to see walkway

The room was bigger than other hotel rooms with three beds so we could stay together comfortably.Perfectly clean and good service and food!! Happy I chose this hotel ,it's location was perfect!!

People at the hotel are very friendly. One specific mention is Mr. Mari (sorry could not catch the full name) at the Restaurant. He is very proactive and friendly. Very customer focused. He guided and helped us with all the direction for onward journey to Kanchipuram and Chidambaram / Seerkazi Vaitheswaran Temple, etc. Arranged for the special breakfast so that we could leave at 6.30am. Special Thanks for him and his team at the Restaurant. Location is excellent and is near to almost all the attractions in Pondicherry.
Nothing as such. All were really good. This is a family hotel and suited well for tourists and family. One thing that could be improved is the price. Since we went in Dec, the price was high but it could be slightly reduced.

The pool, decent food, decent accomodation, the washrooms in the rooms could be a little more clean. I also liked the in room dining service. They were always on time. They observed that we were only ordering rice and rasam and cared enough to enquire if we would like to try some other south Indian dish.. The restaurant staff were very courteous. You must try their rasam when you are there. It was one of the best. Thoroughly enjoyed my rice rasams while I was there.
People at the reception should be more helpful. It's kind of what their job basically is. I interacted with a couple of men at the reception who were outright rude. I hope they do remember that they are mere employees there and do not own the place.
