Breakfast is good, staff is friendly, great location, huge room.

Wi-fi didn't work in my room. The signal from the router was too weak. This severely hindered my ability to work from the hotel. My towels were never changed in 3 nights.

Room is very dated, poor quality of sheets and towels and toiletries.

The location and staff are good. The size of the apartment is satisfactory.

The general state of the hotel is deplorable. I stayed there last year, but currently, the situation has gotten a lot worse. Since I arrived, I noticed that my simple request for the beds in the 2nd bedroom to be joined together into a double bed had not been observed. When I tried to take a shower, after more than 10 minutes waiting for the water to heat up, according to the instructions of the faucet, a maintenance person came and realized that the register had been installed backwards ; the doors creak, to the point that we had to buy lubricating oil in the market to stop the noise; the sheets were stained with something that resembled to be blood, and when we asked to have them changed, they informed us that there was no maid at that time, the doorframes were falling apart, there were many points of water leaks in all the apartments that we visited and to top it all off, the closet door practically fell on top of me, coming off in my hand. A total disregard in general maintenance. We changed apartments 3 times, until we found a habitable one, and before that, of them had a nearby apartment with a non stop barking dog at 10:30pm. Such a shame because it used to be a good place to stay.

Enormous, modern apartment with everything you need - even a washer/dryer machine. Amazing location in one of the most beautiful areas of the city. Two supermarkets, two pharmacies, many restaurants and within 1 block distance and many more shops (tailors or costureiras etc.) and restaurants a few blocks away. Smartfit gym next door. The hotel gym is pretty decent too, but could use some bigger free weights/ dumbbells. Rooftop pool and sauna are great with amazing views!

The wifi was a pretty slow and struggled for my work video calls. The air conditioner units just outside the bedroom window were noisy. If these two things were fixed it would get a 10/10 rating.

This cleaning girl we had was very Animous towards us was the only problem we had On our arrival we created a lot of trash and left it outside of room she asked us to move it to the stairway We did but after that she never really liked us anymore and we continued to put all our trash in stairway daily for her Kind of a heavy girl
