Funcionários café, antipáticos, pedi uma colher para levar ao quarto, pois, precisava tomar medicação diluída, ele disse que era para pegar na recepção, fui lá não tinha. Banheiro sem qualquer tipo de suporte.

A localização, a comida e a hospitalidade dos staffs. E ar condicionado no quarto.

Chek in muito demorado devido falhas nos computadores. Sala de espera sem ar condicionado. Banheiro sem espelho. Travesseiro com defeito. Tv mal posicionada no quarto. Ar condicionado mal posicionado. Lâmpada do quarto com defeito. Barulho excessivo de construção civil. Entre outros.

The location and staff were great.

We were in the last floor and near the elevator machines, so there was a lot of noise each time the elevator moved.

They served a good breakfast, and the staff were at hand to help us with anything we needed.

Good location in the Savassi district. Great breakfast. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Cool rooftop area with a small pool and views of the city. Service was excellent- everyone from the front desk to the restaurant to the guy who parked our car was very attentive and efficient.

Had some problems with no hot water, TV not working. Staff were quick to fix the problems though.

Staff not very friendly . Almost lock myself in bathroom in lobby area and took me 5 mins to open door need to change lock. First room we were put into had no curtains and i think there was construction . On the next floor above bedroom . Lucky enough gave us another room .

the location was convenient

The receptionist was rude when I informed him about me not having the Brazilian documents asked on the form. he told me that without them I wouldn’t be able to stay. I presented my NZ driver’s license that matched my information on booking.com but wasn’t enough. super rude and unprofessional. we’ve got to a point that he was asking for my passport which I didn’t have with me at the time. if you’re an international traveler I DO NOT. recommend this hotel

The room had a strong Clorox smell, not enough blankets in the room.

Location is great and the hotel is clean.

A softer light in the room near the bed would make it better.
