Room needs a deep clean. Upholstered bedheads and carpets we’re grubby.

Very central to restaurants and shopping in Mackay

No ironing board and some extra towels would be great for the pool.

Cleanliness - congealed urine on toilet. Room smelt musty and lots of carpet stains. Needs a refurb, but most importantly needs to be cleaned properly

Our apartment was spacious and well furnished and kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans/ utensils: we loved the sea views from our 7th floor windows and patio and the location was nice and quiet and no problem getting around as we had a car, I imagine it would not be the best location if you were travelling with no vehicle as the hotel is fairly far from the city and any major convenience stores,the bed was comfortable and clean.the staff were friendly and helpful.would certainly book again if needed accommodation in Mackay.

The unit wasn't quite cleaned to a standard that you would expect from a 4 star hotel.the window screens and other surfaces need a good clean from dust build up, other than that the apartment was satisfactorily clean.

Balcony view was good, bed comfy.

Bed was comfortable. Location is good for walking.

The kitchen seem to have an infestation of small ants. I kept all food in the fridge as a result. There was no security from the street to the lift which was annoying.

Nothing. Everything was great. If I had to mention 1 thing the fridge froze our food it wasn't edible as everything was frozen.
