Lovely big apartment with its own Greek restaurant, which suited moi.. well equipped kitchen and some lovely views when the rain stopped..easy access to car which was good.. lots of shops and supermarket in easy walking distance. Very quiet and relaxing, slept well

TV in the bedroom was fried, and that didn't help my grieving mother, who spent most of our holiday in her own room. The young staff member did try everything to get it going though which was much appreciated..

Great accommodation, friendly and engaging staff. Centrally located and pet friendly.

Wifi keeps dopping off, can't connect to TV, there's a really bad smell of the sofa.

The location was within walking distance to an event we were attending at the Mackay Entertainment & Convention Centre (MECC)

Split beds one of them was hard as and the other was soft so we had to sleep on a single bed

The Phone to contact reception did not work, the static was shocking, The was grott around the edge if the bath plug and mold on the grout and silicon. No condiments, no milk, or anything else. Was like it had been wiped out prior to us arriving and no refill. No book let to advise of rule, where anything is, food, or anything about the town or how to contact the reception or opening hours. We googled food to find the LET'S DO GREEK" and it was yum, and 90 bucks. a bit over priced, but e were hungry buy 8pm. and the food was r4ally delicious. When saying we were unwell, they happily brought our dinner up. So kind. Thank you.
