the owner, Razzaq was very friendly and accommodating- he made sure we had everything we needed and was very nice

sometimes the location can be difficult to find for drivers- but its because its located on a hill with narrow winding roads but gives the villa a nice view of Kamala

the staff was beyond accommodating, the nicest and friendliest people! view and pool were amazing!! 10/10 service, would stay again!!! THANK YOU!

Lovely big villa with a great view. 13 of us stayed here comfortably (including 3 kids, 2 teenagers). The pool is great, the kitchen is a good size and there was enough lounging around space for everyone. Razzaq the manager, and his other staff, looked after us very well: there is a minibus available to hire, the maid cleaned daily and the pool was even cleaned while we were there. Great to have bbq facilities as well. 5-10 minute drive to a quiet beach. The entire area is very quiet at the moment but we found plenty of good restaurants open nearby.
