Room was value for money, Mr T was extremely helpful, one other member of staff not so much , be aware there is a 3% service charge to use a credit card. hotel is quiet and away from busy area, it is however a little tied in its decor and would benefit from a spruce up.

staff is super friendly and helpful. the location is handy as it is close to the big supermarket. the room was very clean and comfortable. nice balcony to chill out. you get 2 bottles of water for free every day, which was very nice.

we actually stayed in another building of the hotel, which was not indicated on booking or google maps. The swimming pool was not in operation (unlike as shown in booking). In the bathroom there were no hooks for towels, not very handy. The room does not get very dark to sleep.

Location. Round the corner from the beach. Lovely coffee shop across the road or bakery for breakfast the otherside of the supermarket next door.

The hotel is split in two locations not far from one another. Our room was in the new building right next to the Big C supermarket and road that led down to the beach. Rooms were spacious with plenty of hot water. 10 mins walk to the beach. Staff were lovely. Bakery right next door for breakfast.

No card machine so they wanted payment in cash, no prior warning was given. We had constant problems with our safety deposit box, but the staff were very quick to sort it out each time. As mentioned, the hotel is split over two sites, and there’s only a pool at one of the sites - the older hotel - and honestly it didn’t look very inviting. We didn’t use it.

The room was underwhelming, quite a lot of details we didn't expect staying at a resort, the mirror has tape on it to hold it up, cobwebs and dust behind the bed lights, scuffs/marks on the sofa bed and broken wood, one bed side table was broken completely. Bathroom was dirty, shower curtain was grubby and the grout in-between the tiles hadn't been cleaned in years, the shower caddy was rusty and dirty. Bedding smelled old in general don't think it's been replaced since 2019, the whole building/lift had a really strong perfume smell to cover up lack of cleanliness. On the whole it needs a big clean and a revamp in a lot of places. We didn't even use the pool as although it looked clean and nice we didn't trust it after the state of the rest of the resort. Wasn't exactly cheap either in comparison to other guesthotels we've stayed at and had a much better experience in.
