The woman that runs the property bad mother me to every guest that would listen. It’s fun to walk into room and greet everyone and they sit and stare. If you don’t speak Spanish they don’t want you. I know enough Spanish and can feel an uncomfortable situation. The woman yelled more than 3 hours about my lack of the language especially my failure at what I know. Check your bill closely. I needed my laundry done before everything went south. I didn’t realize she didn’t want to do it even though it is offered. Older son told $5 lb, steep but it’s a hotel. After agreed upon, he said that the price hadn’t been brought up and it was $1 item. Yes a dollar a sock. I contacted Booking.com and had it corrected. They tried to tell me on 3 separate occasions that Booking.com contacted them over a few different issues and Booking.com agreed to what they had said. That never happened.

The staff is very friendly. The rooms were clean and as described. Transportation was perfect we had someone waiting for us upon arrival with a sign with our name transportation was free to the hotel, we had an early morning flight the next day we had to pay for that taxi but the hotel had it all arranged for us right on time. The breakfast was excellent! For a short night near the airport it’s a great place for the price!

It was noisy, seemed to be a party across the street from the hotel - so definitely not the hotels fault!

a little far away from stores and restaurants

we stayed here for a night on our way in sand out of Ecuador. wonderful staff, good, fairly priced dinner first night (i had the potato and cheese noodle-free lasagna and could only eat half!). our first night we were maybe upgraded because we had somewhat nicer rooms, one with a balcony. unfortunately they were right above the front door and the entrance bell kept ringing until quite late—maybe because it was Saturday? will certainly stay here again if needing to overnight near airport. also it is a quiet village with fields all around it. nice.
