Läget på hotellet var superbra. Centralt och allt inom gångavstånd. Hotellet mysigt, god frukost i fin miljö. Överlag supernöjd. Andra gången vi bodde på hotellet och kommer komma tillbaka!!

Var lite ”rörigt” vid incheckning då reception var på puben, som var fullt med folk en fredagkväll så man hörde knappt vad som sades.

Apart from the late 4pm check-in and the confusing and complicated arrangements for car parking, we enjoyed our stay in this modern, pleasant, conveniently located hotel. Best of all our room had a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and an iron and ironing board. This combination is a first in five weeks of travelling!

As many other reviewers have mentioned, the fact that the hotel doesn’t open until 4pm is an inconvenience. Finding the entrance to the car park, which is two blocks away, was very difficult. Better instructions are needed. The instructions for finding the hotel’s spaces in the car park are better but are rather complicated. The air conditioning unit in the room was noisy. I had to climb on a chair and turn it off in order to get some sleep.

Good clean hotel. Good beer and food with helpful, friendly staff. There is even a staff member who has been to the Brunswick in Shields and knows Big Hek!

Great location in the city centre, parking is under the hotel and rooms are accessible with elevator

Reception staff only works from 15:00. In the morning I’ve wanted to extend my room for one more night so I had to check out and them come back at 15:00 to do it. I think they should consider 24/7 hotel staff
