Boring location along the east coast but convenient for 1-2 nights when one reach/leave Sri Lanka. Good for relaxing not sightseeing! Taxi fare from airport is a rip off (you pay half by using Uber) - our mistake we should have checked before booking the taxi from hotel

the hosts are very attentive and concerned about the comfort of their guest. The Sunrise on the boat was so beautiful and the visit of the cinnamon farm very interesting

Nice and warm welcome ! Very good breakfasts and dinners..we were very quiet here and we will definitely come again. Thanks for suggestion of best beaches and visits, we appreciate your kind drop on at railway station and for Mangroves discoveries.Especially the incredible Birds Island on sunset ! Almost everything ...the host are above par excellence. The food is top notch ...esp the way they serve it with individual attention . One of the best Srilankan food I have had . The staff ( are all extended family ) just brilliant . You want anything they do it for u with a huge grin on their face . The cabana we stayed in was brand new and that was exciting as well . ( we were the first guests in that !) From driving you around to actually coming with us as a guide while u sight see to taking us shopping giving us internal tips and suggestions helping us save money ....this family gets a perfect ten from me in their hospitality . So much so that we wanted to extend our stay , unfortunately they didn't have rooms available. Keep up the good work and I certainly will make it back soon . Looking forward to staying with you guys again.

With two teenaged kids not having a tv in the room was tough ...although that's exactly what I enjoyed the most .
