Everything was perfect

Interesting breakfast, home made donughts, jam and yogurt.

Noisy party with drunk guests and weird bathroom. Shower without curtains or some delimiters, water got all over the bathroom.

Good value for respective region.

Problems with hot water.

The atmosphere was great. Peace and quiet. The nature was so close to us

.The breakfast was not on our taste. 2 donuts with yoghurt. But it was ok - ish.

I liked the area and how quiet the hotel was

The things I didn't like would be the mattress in our room was uncomfortable like the springs inside of the mattress were perhaps broken and the bed frame kept squeaking. The boiler also made strange noises every morning and evening as well like noises from the pipes or inside the boiler itself. I'd recommend a plumber to take a look at it and to do something about the bed.

The room was spacious

The room was cold. We kept asking for additional heater for two days and we were refused one, even though they admitted they had one. They promised to turn up the heating but nothing changed. The room was not cleaned very well and there was dust around the corners. The ashtray was emptied from cigarette buds but not washed and full of ashes. The food at the restaurant was not fresh. We ordered some fiah which was undercooked as apparently they did not defrost it before cooking.

It was a good hotel in their village , it’s good for a person who doesn’t want to visit veliko tranovo , just want to relax and enjoy of looking at jungle and trees

It was too far from veliko tranovo, please if you want to visit veliko tranovo don’t stay in this hotel , otherwise this hotel was good

kids of other guests were super loud and annoying
