The host is very welcoming and kind, and it was very easy to contact him throughout my stay. The rooms exceeded my expectations and were even nicer than the pictures. They were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The TVs in the living room and bedroom were smart TVs, so there was easy access to netflix and other main channels too. Overall, i loved my stay and wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely be visiting in the future.

Great location close to the metro, the apartment was excellent value for the money and overall very worth it. The owner was also great throughout our stay, pretty good English and prompt to help when needed.

Great location in a quiet district and in a proximity to two metro stations. The property was very clean, large and comfortable, equipped with modern furniture and electronics. We enjoyed the spacious balcony and the view to Vitosha mountain. The host was responsive and cooperative.

Excellent apartment, great location. Bojidar was really helpful and nice. I've stayed at the apartment a few times and I must say it's always met my expectations and beyond. There's a lovely balcony that has been made into a beautiful place for relaxation.

The WiFi generated a password each day and was a bit annoying because you had to reconnect to all the devices again.

Jacuzzi not functional - boiler is too small for it, while it recovers the temperature the water gets cold. Zero storage space in wardrobe. Design/renovation half baked.

Very good location, so close to the center, only one stop by metro. There is a huge mall right across the road with a nice bakery which we used for breakfast. Cosy apartment with a balcony and a view, nicely equipped (though the knives were not sharp at all, and the dish dryer station and some spoons were rusty some places).

Our arrival was a bit stressfull as we didn’t get to park for free. The advertisment of the apartment was not clear. The picture showed one building on the exterior, but actually there were apartments on different locations around the city shown under the same ad. This was confusing. And instead of explaining us where we could find parking, our host told us around 10 times that it was our fault that we’d ordered the wrong apartment which didn’t include parking. To his defence I can say that at the end of our stay he offered us 50% off our next stay as a compensation.

Everything! The apartment is in a good location, located a few metres from the subway station and bus stations. Everything else is within reasonable distance. The staff are great and were so kind with questions and helping me find my keys I thought I had lost there. Communication was great too. The apartment is fully equipped for a short stay. You won't regret staying here.

Really nice clean and modern apartment. It has all the high-tech gadgets, really fat wi-fi and a jacuzzi 🙂 The host was really nice and helpful as well
