Really strange location. Really noisy, you can hear everything from the other rooms, the entrance in the hotel is done through an exterior circular staircase and I think you cannot access if you have big luggage

The pin access and wifi password received by sms and email. The host was nice and gave us 2 rooms at second floor although one was on the 3rs floor. Good location in the park very close to attractions and the lake Mamaia.

No elevator (lift), no breakfast included and no coffee facilities.

The noise, all night , is like you had no door The bathroom, shower had no golder, tilet was moving when used Tabaco smoke in the holway A specific mold smell in the room

Very friendly staff. Location is superb. Quiet area. Situated next to a park and a mall is close by.

No lift. Some people make a lot of noise by the corridor. Bed is too big for the room. Bathroom don't drain water.

The staff tried their best We could park the car

The heating système was totally broken down. The radiateur was at full blast the whole night and although we tried to use the air conditioning it did not work and we had more than 30 degrees in the room during the night… The small ceiling window was not working properly and we had to step on the bed to open it… The bathroom was not impressive 😕 We had to carry our luggage through an outside plus inside staircase to the top of the house without any lift nor any help.

Nightly rate was within budget, wifi signal was fine.

A few items left behind by other guests and missed by cleaning staff. Parking lot is rough and full of rocks/holes.

-Staff were nice.

-Toilet was full of green. I was too scared to take a shower. -The only way to enter the hotel is a winding spiral staircase that's very, very difficult to navigate with a suitcase. -Loud party until late at night. Attached to an event hall. The walls were shaking. -No sheet on the mattress, just a blanket covering it.

I liked the fact that the room had a balcony and a fridge.

The pillows weren't very comfy.
