Terrible the pillows where too high and it made me have neck pain. The staff took very long to give me a key to my room. But the key didn’t work 2 times so it is the worst hotel in Bali.

Accommodatie heeft een fijn zwembad en een goed restaurant en ook heel vriendelijk personeel.

Personnel très gentil et à l’écoute. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Petit déjeuner très copieux avec beaucoup de choix.

Parking ayant l’air abandonné. Nous nous sommes garés sur le côté de l’hôtel.

Very nice, pretty closed to the airport and surrounding alot local food and also nice buffet for breakfast. Overall, with the price and what they have its an amazing. Really recommended, 🙏

The facilities were very nice..especially the pool

The only thing which bothered us was that there was no communication between the staff..they kept bothering us for the payment even though the dues were cleared as they did not communicate with each other which was very embarrassing and annoying

I don't like the front desk staff in handling the check in and check out process. They need send for further training.

Close to airport. Close to things around and vehicle rentals.

Glass windows were thin and could hear everything outside. If it was just cars/bikes and emergency vehicles it’s still ok, but a facility close by had some religious ceremony till 11 pm and our kids found it hard to sleep with the noise.

مشكلة الوحيدة انه بعد المصعد من الغرف ممرات طويلة جدا تتعب الين توصل الغرفة والمشكلة الثانية بعده من الشاطئ

Beautiful hotel, very convenient to get to airport and nice location around lots of restaurants. We were greeted by a very nice driver called Mr. Buddha. He was very helpful and helped us sort our money transfers and other arrangements for a smooth stay. All the staff were great and will definitely stay here again when using the airport.

Everything was good, food in abundance and tasty.

It was very warm in the dining area with limited fans. Sadly one of the guests moved the fan just for herself and i had to speak to the Manager to sort it out which they didn't.

Conveniently located, 10-15 mins from discovery mall. East access to other city location. Close to the airport. Staff was amazing, very friendly and courteous. Cleanliness was well taken care of. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was good and the staff were very understanding of a mishap on my part and came up with a solution that was satisfiable for all parties.

The rooms were close but would have preferred it to be closer. Also requested a queen size bed for one room but was not accepted which was a little disappointing.

Ravintolapalvelut suljettiin liian aikaisin. Ruokaa ja juomaa ei ollut kaikkea saatavilla edes huonepalvelusta.

Near from the international airport, Reception ambience was good, Breakfast also good, Pleasing staff.

Room lobby and lift was not upto the expectation. Drinking water supply through outside filling point was not convenient and drinking water bottle charges was too high compare to outside supermarket.
