The cleanliness wasn't up to the standard that would reasonably be expected. The oven trays in particular were putrid and unfit for use. The rest of the unit was greasy with fingerprints everywhere. It appears that an outside organisation cleans the place but as the tenants pay a 40 euro cleaning fee this is not good enough.

Excellent location. We could walk to everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment was always warm when we arrived back out of the cool weather.

The apartment was located right down the street from the train station Beautiful place, excellent for a couple Host was very helpful as well!

There were relatively little kitchen appliances (one pot and one pan, no table spoons..) Other than that everything was great!

State of cleanliness. There was milk in the microwave, the microwave was filthy and an oven tray in the oven was dirty with food traces on it. The extractor canopy was dirty and didn’t work.

the apartment photos show a good variety of the different ones on offer. one or two photos show an apartment that is dated and needs a refresh. sure enough that was the one we had. it’s kitchen and bathroom are tired and the apartment smelt like cigarette smoker.

well heated, central location and walking distance to every location, good eateries right at the door step. good transportation.

Everything was good.

The facilities was good. There are washing machine and detergent to wash your clothes, pots and pans if you need to cook and sauna for you to relax. Overall a nice place to stay.

The warmer was unfortunately not working and we were really cold in the apartment especially in the living room. Some utensils were missing. We had a group of 6 and only 1 or 2 forks around. One thing that was quite a turn off was the key collection place being different from the actual apartment location. We have to wait in the city Center to collect the keys with our luggage then move on to the apartment which was one metro station away.

Had to get host to come to give extra sheets and towels as there was an issue with cleaning staff (not hosts fault) host was very good and fixed issue immediately

Some parts could have been a bit cleaner but decent enough. Great to have the dishwasher as I knew then the crockery was clean. Bathroom could have been better (flooding when showering, some mould in the shower, some equipment in the kitchen for cooking missing like a salad spinner, some little bits, felt like it was minimalistic for cooking however, kettle, coffee maker, blender / smoothie maker, microwave =all great. Bedrooms awesome, style great. So on the whole, we managed well.

A really lovely apartment in a fantastic location for us (we wanted to be near the Radisson and Clarion hotels) and an easy walk or scooter into the centre. Beds were comfortable and it easily slept 6 with extra bedding and towels. Sauna was superb too! Washing machine also very handy. Big and spacious and well equipped. Hosts very receptive and responded to questions promptly. Easy to pick up keys and check out.

Misunderstanding on whether the booking was cancellable (I was sure it was, apparently it wasn't - please triple check when booking up if you need this option). Shame it didn't have a 2nd bathroom.
