It's a great location. Rooms were small but comfortable.

Rooms need coffee makers. The lights are hard to work.

AC temperature couldnt be changed, so it was a bit cold. TV could have some ENG channels not only finnish ones.

We've had a HUGE problem with the air conditioning! The windows were locked! There were no handles and we couldn't open them at all! In addition to that, it was impossible to switch off the air conditioning and we had to spend 5 long nights dealing in a very unpleasant way with a too low temperature in the room! We asked the receptionist wether he could resolve our problem, but he replied that we could, eventually, just increase the temperature a little bit, but not really switch off the a.c. as it was impossible! The result? I caught a cold and I had to deal with it during my stay!

breakfast had a variety of choices, staff was very helpful and pleasant, located with walking distance to Senate Square and Market Place. Only too warm in the rooms, the air conditioner never cooled down to 19C
