The property is close to the Shabla Lighthouse with the Shabla beach and the Little Sea beach at a walking distance. There was a free parking near the house.

I was charged 60Lv/night instead of 54Lv/night which was the price advertised on Booking.com. (They said that B.com was only "for reservation"). The room was cleaned only once over the 5 days we stayed there (but they provided us with a broom. Lucky us!). The room was above the restaurant and it smells like cooked fish all over the place. Nobody speaks english, so I had nobody to complain to. Also, all the information/instruction notices on the walls are written only in Bulgarian, so we didn't understand a word. The room has a small terrace, but there is too much dust from the cars passing by on the dirt road and in the evening there are too many mosquitos and a strong sulphur smell in the air, so it's quite unusable.

second time I’ve used this lovely guesthouse, right by the Shabla lighthouse, the studio room is awesome and a complete bargain!

The bed is making so much noise when you move that wakes you up from your sleep. When you have sex, everybody knows...

Extremely uncomfortable bed, and small too. The worst I ever had. Air conditioner was installed on the wrong spot blowing air straight to us. Room is very tiny.

After receiving the confirmation for the booking and discussing with the owners, we arrived at the location after a very long road only to be told that the room was unavailable due to renovations. Sadly we were given no other options for accommodation available so we had to find a place to stay on our own. Will not return.

The hosts are very nice. The accomodation was very comfortable and considering the low price paid, it is excelent value for money. They also have a restaurant with great food. Is a really relaxed and cozy place.

It has nothing to do with the accomodation, rather with the location. You really need a car to explore the surroundings. There are not many things to do in Shabla. Keep in mind that the location isi not correctly displayed on the map, it is the restaurant from the end of the park.

Very old furniture, ants all-over the room, the price they charged for the room was higher then the one agreed on booking for the room booked(80bgn/night instead of 50),the fridge didn't work properly, the shower was rusty, spreading water all over the place, the boiler was rusty as well, the mirror in the bathroom was very old,there were 2 sets of very small towels wich didn't seem very well sanitised. The bed sheets were very used,the roof was liking on the balcony, all the instructions in the room were in Bulgarian, very poor Internet connection, no-one speaks other language than Bulgarian, very difficult interaction, the acces to the location is not properly pointed on maps and they don't have any sign to point to the location,

The place has a restaurant,however we were told the kitchen closes at 9 so we couldn't catch it.

Do yourself a favor and don't go there ! You can find better accommodation, as there is no value for money- the room was so tiny that it had just few centimeters between the wall and bed, the bathroom was disaster- the shower was literally above the toilet seat. The room has a balcony, however it is near a main road, so it gets noisy and nearby there is petrol field, it smells quite.

This villa offers good value for money. It is perfect for those who don't enjoy crowded areas. There are some wild beaches around. Free parking nearby. The rooms have a fridge, air conditioner and TV as well as balconies facing the sea. The villa has a restaurant.

Nobody there in the morning

Clean room, close to the sea (you could see it from the balcony), exactly by the lighthouse. We had to check-in late and the hosts arranged that for us. All in all, a good experience!

Basic room, personnel doesn't know English so it was hard to communicate, but we managed.
