Die Lage war gut und Personal am Empfang war nett.
Im booking.com habe ich ein Zimmer mit zwei separaten Betten für zwei Personen bestellt. Ich habe doch nur ein Doppelbett bekommen und da war nur eine Decke zur Verfügung! Als ich das um 20:30 Uhr bemerkt habe, die Personal von Empfang war nicht mehr vor Ort und die Telefonische Hilfe konnte mit schlechte Deutsch und Französisch mir nicht weiter helfen. Endlich hat mir behauptet, dass die sie nur für Check-in zuständig ist.
Nachts hat eine andere schlechte Erfahrung angefangen: die Schranktüren waren in Nachbarschaftzimmern so laut, dass ich jedes Mal wen die respektlos zugeschlossen waren haben mich geweckt. Und so die halbe Nacht. Mit solchen Bedingungen konnte ich gar nicht schlafen, deswegen bewerte die Aufenthalt als schlecht. Der Frühstück gibt es nicht vor Ort und die Hotelgäste müssen in der Stadt um das Essen kümmern. Es wäre gut, diese alle Details im booking.com anzugeben, damit kein Überraschung vorkommt: beziehungsweise 2 separate Betten!

Après 48h de marche/bivouac sous la pluie nous avons été très satisfait de cet hôtel pour une pause bien méritée : personnel souriant, très bonne literie, une baignoire... je recommande!
Il faisait un peu chaud dans la chambre et nous n'avons pas trouvé comment baisser le chauffage.

Tudo! Recebemos um grade de quarto, que na vdd era um apartamento completo com cozinha e sala.
Muito confortável, todo reformado.
Fomos atendidos por uma portuguesa na recepção que nos deu muitas dicas da região.

Propreté et relatif confort de la chambre
L'absence de petit déjeuner (il faut se rendre à 350 mètres dans une pâtisserie...). Dans la chambre, capsules café de qualité médiocre et en très petite quantité (deux au total), Les sachets de sucre sont offerts par une secte chrétienne et vantent les exploits de dieu et de jésus... Absence totale de tout personnel dès 19h30.

Location was absolutely perfect for exploring the centre of Bulle as well as getting out of town to explore further. Wonderful to have free parking available! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Lovely to get a tourist discount card - this saved us money on meals out, the nearby chocolate factory etc.
There were no towels in our room - this was quickly rectified by the housekeeping however!

The cleaning staff who speak in Spanish loudly without care for the guest who are sleeping, not everybody have the same time clock, or sleep earlier.

The shower curtain too long, who lay on the water of the tiny shower (Why nobody adjust that ?)

the hotel is located in the very center of the city. there are many restaurants and shops in the area. few minutes walk to the train station. The room was clean very spacious with a view of the city and mountains. very large bathroom with bathtub and window. in the room there is a fridge, coffee machine for capsules, a jug for boiling water. staff very friendly and helpful.

I have received a total of 12 messages (through booking.com) for a stay of 1 night (info, request of arrival time, reminders...). A few less would also work!

I thought my room was great, the complimentary chocolates in the room were a sweet gesture from the hotel. Room very clean, seems to be a relatively recent build / renovation, situated on the 4th floor. Smelled fresh as you walked in, and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
I found the reception / access to the hotel a bit confusing. It's under 2 names, and I only found the reception by asking 2 fellow guests who happened to be there at the right time. Not allowed to open the window on the 4th floor. But that's understandable.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. We got upgraded and the room is very spacious with a living room and kitchen fully equipped. We could buy food back and reheat the leftovers. There’s even an oven in the kitchen. Amazing experience, highly recommended. We also got discounts on all the tourist attractions including the Gruyère castle and HR Giger museum.

It was a well-appointed room with a comfortable bed. Good lighting. Clean bathroom and a shower with good hot water flow. We booked almost on arrival, and they accomodated our needs to put the third bed for our son by changing the room. Free parking in front of the building. It is an apart-hotel and the front office was closed during the night, but we could enter with the key and given a number to call in case. Central location in the town. Still, the price was very low for Swiss standard. Great value for money.
Nothing to really complain but we did not know it was an apartment hotel until we get there. The name of the apartment was different from the hotel name - a bit confusing at the beginning. Would have been perfect if there are electric sockets or extentions at easy-to-access places, for instance to charge mobile phones.

This hotel is so lovely! The room was comfortable and cute, lovely view of the town. It was also very central to the train station, bus stations, and to walk around the town. The front office staff was SO nice!
When we arrived we wanted to store bags but the office was closed for a few hours (I believe there was a town event going on?) which is fine but there was no communication to us. I had to call the hotel to get information as we stood outside, but as an international traveler without an international phone plan that can be a high cost. Just a sign taped to the door would have been enough to inform us. After we got in the rest of our stay was LOVELY, and I'm sure this is not a regular occurence.

We were there for honeymoon trip and informed hotel staff upfront, and hotel staff is very responsive by preparing special deco, preparing chocolate and wine! Hotel staff also give good recommendation on local food to try out. Hotel staff also call me before my arrival to clear my doubt before arriving, highly recommended.
Bathroom a bit small and jacuzzi should be pre clean more thoroughly before used.
