A nice private location with a pool.

DO NOT BOOK VILLA NANCY THE OWNERS ARE SCAMMERS AND TRIED TO RUN US OVER WITH A MOTORCYCLE!!! We stayed 2 nights as a group of 6 and up until we checked out had a lovely time. We thought a 400 euro deposit was rather high however upon collecting keys and being shown around by the women everything was perfect and she even had a bottle of red wine for us. Two days later checking out, we are all ready to go when she calls us in and points to the sofa. One of the girls in our group can speak Croatian and translates for us that she wants us to pay 600 euro for a water mark which she is calling red wine. Firstly we never spilt anything as it was covered with a blanket (we think it may have been stained before and hidden with the blanket) and secondly it was very clearly not red wine. One of us wets a tea towel and scrubs it. Realising we weren't going to pay she then lowers her price to 200 euro and 'if it dries unstained send back the money'. We didn't trust her however so got out the hairdryer and dried it ourselves and the stain was gone! She then suddenly exclaims out loud and rushes over to the door. The heavy duty white metal door has been bent in the bottom right corner which would require some force to do. My friend translates that she believes we have done it although we had seen it on the first day and in fact it was there before (reminder to photograph everything from now on folks!!). At this point she is becoming very angry, loud and we realise she is trying to take advantage of the fact one of us could understand Croatian and we were just students so left the deposit and tried to leave. 3 left in a uber and the other 3 tried to book one however when it arrived she runs screaming to the uber and he drives off. Long story short (word limit) the other 3 walk away closely followed by the women, her husband gets out the motorcycle and tries to hit one of us to stop and then they call the police.

Everything really! The above definately didnt spoil it! The kitchen acessories were good, and to have sponges, cloths, washing up liquid, cleaner and handwash in bathrooms were a big help! We had a brilliant holiday at villa Nancy! The highlight for us has to be the pool! 😄

Wardrobes were full of bedding etc (which was great to have) but we had to remove and put on top to be able to put our clothes in! Storage was a little limited! No air con in bedrooms!
