La habitación estaba bien y todo estaba bastante limpio. El desayuno fue correcto.

La ubicación no es la mejor, ya que es una zona bastante mala, por lo menos cuando llegamos por la noche los alrededores no se veian muy seguros. Además durante la noche se escucharon bastantes ruidos.

The waitress in the morning was amazing :)!

In the description of the hotel it says they have free parking spaces at the hotel. That's why we actually chose to book this hotel. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Then they told us we can easily stay at the public parking a couple of minutes away, for approx. 3-5 dollars for the night we did. In the end we paid about 25€ (13.800 c) for one night only for parking.

Muy rico el desayuno y la ubicación está centrica. La habitacion estaba muy limpia.

El baño. Exactamente la regadera no permitia q uno midiera la temperatura del agua caliente. Y solamente habia un estacionamiento disponible. Los carros debian quedarse afuera y la aplicacion del parkimentro no funcionaba.

Ich habe zwei Mal eine Nacht im Hotel Sura übernachtet und bin einmal morgens zu Fuß zum Mepe-Busterminal und einmal zum Tica-Busterminal gegangen; beide Terminals waren auch mit Gepäck sehr bequem zu erreichen. Obwohl ich das zweite Mal schon um fünf Uhr früh los musste, habe ich ein Frühstück zum Mitnehmen bekommen; bei der Ankunft spät abends konnte ich sogar noch die Küche für ein Abendessen nutzen. Ich habe mich im Hotel vor allem dank der netten Angestellten sehr wohl gefühlt und kann das Hotel auch für alleinreisende Frauen sehr empfehlen.

Nice Breakfast, nice staff.

Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft für eine Nacht in San José, insbesondere wenn man mit dem Bus an und weiterreist. Sauber und ordentlich, unser Fenster leider nur zum Innenbereich, daher nicht gut zu lüften und Luft etwas abgestanden. Ansonsten alles super, Aufenthaltsbereich angenehm.

The staff was amazing, and really kind. And the place was secure with a buzzer gate. Breakfast was made just for you, hot and fresh and delicious.

No elevator, so if you have a ton of bags no. I will also say that it was a bit dark and dated and there was also some roaches if you had food in your room (I had a piece of cake out for less than an hour and I saw two, but if there is two there is more). You would think that's the standard for a humid, developing city but I stayed at three other places and didn't have this problem. The room was clean I will say! But the bugs were a no for me. Its not a walkable area, which is how I like to see a new city. Overall, I didn't feel the safest or the cleanest so I would not stay again, if you keep food out of your room it might be okay. Just not the kind of stay for me, especially as it wasn't the cheapest accommodation I booked so my expectations were higher.

Decent value for money. Great for arriving in San Jose and leaving the next day for tours

I had stayed there 2 days ago and paid by card. This time they said I had to pay $3 extra to pay by card. Also she charged me more than what Booking.com said was the total. I had been given an upgrade to my room by Booking.com but she took me to a smaller room. I had to argue again about room allocation. Not a great start. Different lady to the one who worked there 2 days ago😬

Good located hostal with friendly stuff and good rooms. The kitchen is basic but you can work with it.

The reception area is very cool. We were greeted by a cat at the counter, so we can say that the cat checked us in. The breakfast is very good. The staff is very friendly

The room is small, three people cannot move around the room at the same time. There is no wardrobe and the toilet is old.

Good location if you want to take the bus at the terminal 7-10. Breakfast was good.

Room was dirty and shower was cold. Staff didn’t speak any English. Normally that wouldn’t bother us but we had a weird experience with the host when he wanted to charge us 20000 colones for two bottles of water. Eventually said it was a mistake but we felt scammed.
