La ubicación es excelente, apartada y tranquila pero a 2 minutos en coche del centro. Las instalaciones preciosas, en medio de la naturaleza y con animales al rededor.

Bed was squeaky, old and had a broken spring! No mirror in the bathroom or any where! A/C only worked okay. No storage! No where to put our toiletries in bathroom, no where to hang our jacket or clothes, no paper towels, toaster or microwave in kitchen, no bedside tables (I had to use a barstool!) Accomodations were basic at best!

Staff was great-breakfast was delightful, -they cleaned our rooms and did laundry. Also helped with translating to obtain taxis and plan excursions. Grounds were beautiful and wildlife spectacular. The pools were wonderful. Shower was powerful and hot.

Set up of bathroom was weird-sink perpendicular to toilet. Place needed hooks for wet towels and bathing suits. Could use a small dining table and a couple of chairs.

El lugar es muy comodo, las piscinas ideales para terminar el dia ahí, luego de visitar los parques. El desayuno muy bueno.

Creo que falta un restaurante o snack bar para cuando no tienes nada de comer, asi no es necesario salir del hotel.

Wonderful small, quiet hotel with a great view of Arenal. We enjoyed the hot springs so much, we almost always had the pools to ourselves (unlike the stressful public springs) Highlight: the peacocks that roam the grounds during the day. We went to the wonderful (less frequented) Mirador El Silencio park, which is a 10-minute drive away, and had a sensational (!) coffee in the Rainforest Arenal café next door. We will be back!

There isn't really a reception desk or people you can ask questions to. But that wasn't too bad for us, it was all very easy to manage.

por la tarde noche cuando llegamos, llovía mucho. Y el poder disfrutar de la piscina con el agua caliente, calentada por el volcán, fue una delicia. También observamos muchos animales tanto de noche como de día. Y las vistas al día siguiente cuando despertamos con el volcán de fondo, mientras desayunábamos en la piscina...no hay palabras. Recomendable 100%

A few pools fed by warm spring water was nice after some hiking. Room was small but shower had hot water. Breakfast fine.

A bit too far out of town for me. Not really feasible to walk at night along a busy road.

We had 2 rooms. The shower in one flooded bathroom and bedroom, water did not drain out. Reported. It was not fixed and no apology

The door to our room had a gap in it so bugs came under the door. we put an extra towel at the bottom of the door so that helped,

Maintenance of room requires some work. There is no one one on site from the afternoon so if there is a problem only communicated via texting which wasn’t helpful in our case. For example it was a rainy evening and the TV didn’t work. The answer we received was that it should’ve and that’s it.

This property is beautiful with great views and a little off the main road so it’s nice a quite.

Bugs can get in and the fan was hard to turn on .it was a good experience, overall.

Breakfast was very good. Fresh local fruit and orange juice each morning. We had our choice of three personally prepared breakfasts. I asked for eggs over easy one morning and Lidia cooked them perfectly. The location right up against the jungle was fantastic and we loved watching the numerous exotic birds eating the wild miniature bananas just a few feet away from our outdoor space.

A place to gang or put some clithes.

Awesome location with private hot pools surrounded from pure nature. Lydia did a great job and prepared everyday a fresh and great portion of breakfast. We also liked the large room and the stable WiFi. Free parking on site
