the location was great

the cleanliness bathroom is completely dirty and disgusting

a bit noisy. the windows don’t cover the noise from the street very well.

The hotel is easy to reach and has an underground parking lot. The rooms are spacious. Shower was good (but with some fungus)

This is all but a four star hotel. The bed was big but consisted out of two mattresses with a slightly different height. The bad room was even slightly filthy. The staff was okay, but not really welcoming. Most of all, this hotel lacks a soul, which is so contradictory to the Palestinian culture!

The staff is as not profeasional, rude and don’t handle guests properly. No breakfast even though it said that breakfast is included.

The whole experiene was bad, even they called me after check out asking about pillows. I waited to check out and nobody showed up.

The staff is amazing mainly at the reception, the guy who welcomed me at the reception I believe his name is Loay was amazing and professional
