The staff is really good. He waited us till we reached the property even though it was pretty late in Malaysia.

the rooftop pool closed after 10pm , the guard not allowed guest through even for taking picture of the view ..

Great pool, good location, also 2 train stations just 3 minutes walk away to get you to the City Centre or Batu caves. Exceptionally friendly staff, we could have a 3 hours later check out for free.
Floor could be cleaned better, but sheats were fresh.

nothing. the room it’s not like in the photo, it’s horribly service - it’s actually doesn’t exist here. the location it’s so bad

quite slow ,the counter is horrible to be honest.
all foreigners in counter, they served quite well not denying it but the standard is very low .
come on , so many foreign tourist at here.
The lift is super slow,my friends and fellow tourist waited 25 minutes just to get into the lift.
only 1 lift was working out of 4.
yes there is stairs but come on my room was on 33rd floor ,its not logic for us pay so much but use stairs to go floor while bringing our luggages.
eventually me and my friends did use stairs for several floors and after that tried to get into lift again.horrible

The room view is facing the Klcc.
The air conditioner is not functioning well & old. It’s not even cold after on for hours. The fan also small for a big space. It makes the room hot especially in the morning.

Nothing good. This unit is good for nothing except for the KLCC view. The display photos and the actual unit completely different, literally got scammed. About the hygiene, is not clean at all. Cockroaches at the toilets, toilet bowl leakage cause bad smell. And the managing agent super rude. Learn basic manners and ethics. Doesn't worth it.

Location is great.
Very poor facilities not even a bottle of drinking water as complimentary with that kind of price.
Feeling like owner is not welcoming the guest since very difficult communication thru booking.com..not replying message thru booking apps. Very annoying with repeated check out reminder before 11 am.
Towel provided were koyak. Balcony is dirty.
Room is ok but can be improved
Sofa bed cover also new refurbishment.
Overall, owner need to be more considerable on the house facilities with the price charging.
I did not say it overpriced since, unit is quite big but really do need to give attention to facilities.

don’t have mineral water or instant coffee like other accommodations with same price, but have kettle. swimming pool at another side of the building.
